Step into this gorgeous townhome located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Enjoy this spacious property that offers two master suites: First master suite hosts a king Size bed with 42" flat screen TV and a full-size bathroom. The second master suite has a queen size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, a 32" flat screen TV, and a bathroom. The living room has a large open floor plan and a large 55" flat screen TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, black out draperies, and a half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Enjoy the fenced in patio/deck area with gas grill, an outdoor shower, and privacy for pets to roam safely! Beach access across the street. Parking for two cars.

Pet friendly property! Up to 2 dogs allowed, around 65lbs or less. $175.00 additional fee for pets plus taxes. Fenced yard with dog waste bags and dispenser.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The kitchen is stocked with nice pots, pans, and dishes. Having a washer and dryer during our stay was very nice. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

This condo was the perfect location for what we were looking for. A quick walk to the beach and a convenient boat passenger pick up right next door. We brought our boat and were able to park at the slip next door when we needed a break for lunch while on the water. I definitely recommend if this is the location and amenities your are looking for.

Simply lovely

This was our first time using Vrbo. The description of the property was accurate and the location was just a short walk across the street to the beach. Amenities were great and the host were very prompt in responding to our needs.

Super Great Stay!

This place was perfect for our family of five! Everything was just as listed and shown. It was clean, and stocked with what we needed. The host was super easy to communicate with, and we enjoyed the fact that we could easily just walk across to the beach! We will definitely plan to stay again should we be in the area! ❤️

We loved this condo! It was right across from the beach access and very easy to get to. The condo is very up to date and beautiful. Beach toys, beach chairs and a wagon were provided. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

My son an i have stayed in destin numerous times,however this stay was one to remember He is autistic an has always wanted to go to bubba gumps restaurant. We were able to do just that. We really enjoy this unit. This was the second time we’ve booked it and I am certain we will book it again in the future. Everything is as pictured. Great location. The beach is just across the street and it is very close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. We did have a problem with the wifi during our stay. The folks at Kimberly Lang responded very quickly and had us up and running in no time. I was very impressed. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Beautiful beach steps away

I absolutely loved the emerald view beach walk steps away from the back door- perfect access and the unit had everything you could need- I was surprised. Communication was great and easy. My only complaint was the furniture and the carpet was really dirty and under the bathroom vanities were items and dirt from past guests. Everything else was as listed and I plan on coming back with my family- just wish the furniture was more comfortable and cleaner. I thought the steps were replaced with vinyl but we’re still carpet. We enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay

The location was great - only a very short walk to the beach. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils/pots/pans etc. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows & a couple extra blankets in the closets. A few very minor things… the Wi-Fi password is the same as the name of the Wi-Fi so we were not comfortable using it due to the security risk. The water filter in the fridge needed to be changed & in the 10 days we were there, it did not happen even though I notified the management company on our arrival. The bathtub in the primary bathroom was cracked & fixed with tape - I didn’t feel comfortable using it to take a bath - I enjoy taking baths. It worked fine with showering. Overall it was a great time spent in a great living space and we would do it again! Beach access was so close & the beach is absolutely gorgeous!

Relaxing

We loved our stay here and would stay again it is very clean quite and cozy. We were able to bring our dachshund with us and not worry about letting him out. The nice deck with fence was a perfect little spot to sit and drink your coffee and let your pup hang out. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. The blackout curtains were great when we slept in one morning. Looks just like pictures on their site. Beach access is perfect to be across the street. Wifi was great for my class i had to attend on my laptop. phone charging on end table and i forgot my blow dryer and they have one in each bathroom! Wonderful last min vacation. Thank You :)
