I rented for family who visited for my son's graduation. The property was very clean and spacious. The property was in a good location and easy to find. The stay went great. The only issue that I had was the check in and check out. When I booked the property the itinerary stated check in was after 3 and check out was 11. I first got a message saying that check in would be after 4. Not really an issue becausethey were driving from another state. The day if check out I received a message saying that check out was 10 and also a voice message saying that we needed to leave because the cleaners were on the way and check out was at 10. We were already packing up but felt rushed and somewhat disrespected. My mother-in-law used a wheelchair and walker and i felt like we were dragging her to leave the property. We didnt think this was fair because the terms changed after booking. Other than that we absolutely loved the property. However because of the check in and check out, we probably wont book again.

We're especially glad your son's graduation celebration and your stay overall went well. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration surrounding the check-in and check-out times. On our end, the reservation details showed a 4:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM check-out time, so we were surprised to learn that your itinerary displayed different times. We understand how this discrepancy would have been frustrating, particularly when traveling with a family member who uses a wheelchair and walker. When we noticed that check-out had passed, we sent a reminder message at approximately 10:11 AM and a follow-up at 10:30 AM after we had not received a response. Once you informed us that your itinerary showed an 11:00 AM check-out, we immediately let you know that it was not a problem and apologized for the misunderstanding. We also advised that we would follow up with Vrbo to determine why the times shown to you differed from the information displayed on our end. We never intended to make you feel rushed or disrespected, and we are sorry that this situation impacted your experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will continue working with Vrbo to better understand what caused the discrepancy so that future guests do not encounter the same issue. Thank you again for your feedback, and we're happy to hear that you otherwise loved the property.
