It’s tough to decide what’s best about 1053 Cinnamon Beach: the recently remodeled 3-bedroom condo itself, the amenities-rich Cinnamon Beach Resort in which it is situated, or the complex’s location alongside the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
The new owners of 1053 Cinnamon Beach took great pride in renovating the condo. For instance, to take advantage of the view—the unit is on the 5th floor overlooking a sparkling lagoon—they added a dining table and seating for 6 onto the balcony. The whole gang can dine alfresco while watching pelicans and other seabirds diving into the water. Otters have been known to frequent the lagoon too!
Thanks to the sliding glass doors that connect the balcony to the living area, you can admire the view even while stretching out indoors on the huge sectional sofa. The room’s 55” smart HDTV with DVD player is connected to the internet via the condo’s WiFi, so you can access your Netflix account to stream movies as well as watch cable channels.
Behind the living area is a dining table that seats 6, for times when you don’t want to eat on the balcony. Just beyond is the kitchen, with gorgeous granite counters, cookware and tableware galore, and a full gamut of appliances, from refrigerator/freezer and oven/stove to coffeemaker and blender. Whether you’re hosting a Thanksgiving feast or in the mood for margaritas, you’ll find all the accouterments right here. There’s also a dishwasher—after all, when you’re mere steps from the beach, you don’t want to waste time washing dishes. And speaking of time-savers, 1053 Cinnamon Beach has its own washer and dryer too.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own HDTV with DVD player. One bedroom includes a queen-size bed, another 2 twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom. The master suite is a true retreat. It includes a door that opens directly onto the balcony, so you and your sweetheart can linger over drinks in the silvery moonlight before snuggling into the new king-size platform bed. There’s a private bathroom too, furnished with both a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
The luxuries extend beyond the condo unit. Ocean Hammock Beach Resort has 2 heated swimming pools. One looks out toward the ocean; the other has a gradual slope entrance so that it’s easily accessible for the whole family. After your swim, laze on one of the numerous chaises as the salt-kissed breeze rustles through the palm trees. Or perhaps you’d rather walk or jog along the trails of the lushly landscaped grounds. The resort has a well-equipped fitness center too, plus a Jacuzzi for pampering your tired muscles after your workout. And should the occasional rain shower keep you indoors, head to the clubhouse: The adults can shoot pool while the kids play foosball or air hockey. The resort even has its own eatery, if you need a snack on your way to or from the beach.
You can stroll from the resort to the beach via a private walkway. Once you see the red-tinged coquina sands, you’ll understand how Cinnamon Beach got its name. Whether you’re swimming or paddleboarding, canoeing or parasailing, collecting seashells or watching dolphins frolic in the surf, you’ll be so glad you chose a vacation getaway just steps from the beach and the ocean.
1053 Cinnamon Beach is close to other attractions as well. In 15 minutes or less you can drive to Marineland, several golf courses, and Waterfront Park, where you can hike, bike, and fish along the Intracoastal Waterway. About 45 minutes north is historic St. Augustine, and even closer to the south is Daytona, where you can visit the speedway, among other sites.
Then again, with the beach, pools, games, and more just steps away, you could have a fabulous time at 1053 Cinnamon Beach without jumping into your car once. See for yourself—book your stay today!
