This unit is spacious with an excellent view of the harbour and across to Stocking Island. 10 min walk into George Town for groceries, restaurants etc. Located on a small private island with a connecting causeway, Regatta Point is a rare combination of central location & quiet, private seclusion . Keep rental boat, car, or both on property. 5 minute walk to water taxi dock, quick access to Stocking Island and it's beaches. Arrangements for fishing/snorkeling trips, or excursion out to the swimming pigs are easily made. Air conditioned/free WiFi

This is the PERFECT place to stay in Exuma if you want an amazing vacation. Everything was perfect - the location is within walking distance to the town so you don't need a car, it's in the most beautiful location where you can watch the sunrise every day, and the house is decorated so beautifully by Nancy. Nancy was so helpful in booking us transportation or helping us solve issues when we needed it. Highly recommend booking this spot.

Little slice of paradise

Regatta point is truly a little slice of paradise. Waking up to the sunrise every morning and having coffee out on the deck overlooking the beautiful blue water and sailboats in Elizabeth Harbor cannot be beat. Nancy was a gem, helped with transportation from the airport and greeted us right as we pulled up. Highly recommend and will be staying here again the next time we visit Exuma.

Regatta Point condos are beautiful. Their location overlooking the bay to the east of Georgetown towards Stockting Island is wonderful. Nancy, the property manager, is excellent. She was very available and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay

Regatta Point is the perfect location with magnificent water views surrounding the apartment.

This property is surrounded with water and has magnificent views. It is very comfortable, well furnished, and has three balconies to enjoy the water views. Nancy was very helpful with many good places to visit and places to eat. I was delighted to have the housekeeping and clean towels delivered each morning. I would recommend Regatta Point to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation.

Great location

Lovely property ŵith great views. Able to walk into Georgetown and shops for supplies. No car needed. Place to park the dingy when family and friends visit from their boats anchored within site. Coffee on the patio watching the sunrise each morning.

Amazing experience

The house is very well located in Georgetown, isolated in a little "peninsula" for privacy and tranquility but still within walking distance to shops. The house is on the edge of the water which makes for a very convenient experience. HOuse is very comfortable and really spacious and Nancy was an amazing host, catering to our needs (e..g, lending us an esky to take to the beach) and providing us further services (e..g, laundry). Highly recommended for amazing vacations in Exuma!!

Picture perfect views

This cute rental was such a great place to relax and overlook the harbor. Great walking distance to everything you need: groceries, restaurants, shopping, water taxi, bars although you will need to walk through the area where all the shipping freights come in (tues-thurs). The unit was roomy and you have everything you need to cook meals (we only made breakfasts). It was relatively quiet otherwise. I say that because Georgetown was hosting their annual Heritage festival while we were there (middle of March) right by the docks and the music could go on until 1am. But on the other nights, you could walk the street at 9 pm without anyone in sight. Our host, Nancy, was amazing! She lives right above this unit (so super quiet) and is very responsive to anything we might need or issues we encountered. She is the sweetest lady who has lived on island for decades which explains why it seemed that everyone knows her. All in all, we fully enjoyed our stay here.

Deceptive Listing - Buyer Beware - Limited A/C

We booked a unit “on the ground floor,” but were placed in a unit on the second floor. It was listed as having air conditioning, but this was only in the bedroom AND the thermostat was located in the other unit --- which was rented to someone else. We had no control over the temp. When we arrived it was 85 degrees with 85% humidity and the conditions in the rest of the apartment were unbearable. The owner suggested we just open the window to create a cross-breeze, but this didn’t help. We felt deceived because we weren’t given the unit we booked and it was not fully air-conditioned. Luckily, a storm cooled the place off that afternoon. Otherwise we would have had to leave and get another place to stay for the night.

Amazing Location and Host

It is a very quaint shaker beachy style house with amazing views and an even more amazing Host. Nancy is fantastic and will be staying with her again. She made us feel welcome on our 29th anniversary stay and helped with any details we needed during our stay. This is the best location on the island surrounded by 3 sides of water at Regatta Point!

Look out over the harbor and live your dreams. Beautifully situated lodging on the point.

The property with A/C was delightful and comfortable with a great bed and living spaces, a warm shower, kitchen and cooking amenities, and a view to die for. Explore the island and come back to watch the best sunset in George Town surrounded by stunning blue water and live your Caribbean dreams as the lights from the boats in the harbor twinkle amongst the starlit sky.

Amazing location

We had an amazing stay at Regatta Point. The location is so close to town, but still feels very remote and private. The views of the water were amazing and we spent a lot of time sitting on the terrace watching the boats and the stars at night. Nancy was so helpful and provided anything that we needed. Would love to return next year for another stay!

Captivating, Charming, Unique Stay in Exuma

Where to begin, the flight into Exuma is breath taking, the colorful blue tones of the sea were breath taking. We rented a Jeep on this island, which I highly recommend. This gave us the flexibility to visit multiple beaches and multiple restaurants. We arrived at the charming one bedroom rental surrounded by the beautiful blue waters. Nancy was extremely helpful entertaining and welcoming as we arrived on Christmas and every thing was closed on the island she prepared a welcome cocktail party. We received several recommendations from Nancy and her son on places to visit. I highly recommend Stocking Island Pig Roast on Sunday and the All Day Excursion to the Swimming Pigs, Sharks, and Snorkeling. The rental unit was well cared for, the view was amazing, extremely casual and just the place to relax in the sun. This rental offered pure tranquility. The locals were so extremely nice, friendly, helpful. I just can't say enough about the Rental, Location and Peaceful Stay. Thank you Nancy we hope to be back soon!!!!

Wonderful Place!

We love Regatta Point! The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The whole property was so comfortable and we felt so at home. Small beach areas for the kids to play and wonderful view of the harbor. Saw sea turtles, starfish, lots of conch! We drank coffee watching the boats and it was so beautiful and peaceful around all of the beautiful trees. Nancy, the owner, was the icing on the cake. She was amazing. So kind and helpful and knowledgeable about the island. We will definitely be back to Regatta Point!

Great place! You can't go wrong with this location!

I would highly recommend this place. The views straight from this rental are great, and walking distance to everything you might need. The kitchen isn't very well stocked (no condiments, oils, cheese grater, etc.) but we made do. The host was very friendly. She didn't respond to our Vrbo messages so I was concerned about how to check-in since the details weren't provided ahead of time, but it didn't end up being a problem as I called her the day of and she was there. No wifi, but that was almost more of a blessing because I was there to disconnect anyway. Maybe she would have provided it had we asked.

Nancy is great! The place had a gorgeous view, was very clean and it was a great location - we could walk to the market and restaurants. The only drawback was no air and no WiFi but honestly the water (turquoise) view made up for it!

Regatta Point has a total of 6 fully furnished apartments all with full kitchens, situated on its own point of land connected by a causeway to town. Additional units may also be available for your time requested. We have a very small beach on the property, but most of our guests prefer to explore the miles of beaches on Stocking Island which is just one mile away by water taxi or rental boat.
