Awesome stay

What an amazing place! Conveniently located, clean, everything you need for a great stay. We would definitely rent it again, perfect for a friends trip or to bring family! The only thing I would say is we couldn’t find the pots and pans to cook, but it also didnt bother us to eat out at all the amazing places in the area.

Awesome getaway

Great little spot where you can hear the waves with a short walk to beach. Pretty quite street giving it's proximity to the boardwalk. Just wish our parking spot was closer to the unit.Another great vacation in the Live Free or Die state!!

50 Steps to the beach!

The property is amazing, safe and very clean! This is the 2nd year I’ve stayed here. Location is very close to restaurants and coffee shops. My favorite part is that I’m 50 steps away from the beach!!!!

Nice place in great location

The place is nice, as pictured and location is great. Literally 100 steps to the beach. The beds are comfy. Walkable to the bars and restaurants. Superficial cleaning was done - it could use a deep clean.

Home away from home

We had a lovely stay. It is a very cozy, clean and spacious place, across from the beach, yet, private and secure. everything was as described: well- equipped kitchen, spacious living room, easy parking, smooth check in and check out. We highly recommend this place.

Beach Ready!

Bday Vacation 2024

I booked this spot for my wife’s bday getaway. We also brought her brother and sister in law as well. The property was very nice on a dead end street close to everything so very convenient. The host was amazing to work with, communication was excellent throughout the process, property was very clean and exactly what was listed on the site.

HAMPTON BEACH SEAFOOD FESTIVAL 2019

We always have a great time and rent this condo each year for Seafood Festival. It's in a perfect location! Just steps from the beach and a short walk to the strip. Everything you need is provided. The owner is wonderful and always responds very quickly to any questions you may have!

Great location !!

The unit was a perfect size for our small group. There was a coffee shop and market at the end of the street. The beach was only a two minute walk. What could be better?? Looking forward to renting again next year.

Great location for us

This was a nice spot for our week of bouncing around New England in the offseason (mid-May). We traveled to the White Mountains, the Maine coast and Boston. The condo is not big, but it was clean and everything worked as it should except for a balky deadbolt lock, and we really were there only to sleep. Be advised that there's no Wi-Fi, but otherwise all was great.

Cosy condo

The condo was very clean, stocked with everything we needed (towels, pots/pans, spices, toiletries). The location is really convenient- just a few steps to the beach. Melissa was really responsive, the check in - super easy. I have allergies, so i really appreciated that there was no carpet. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back soon.

Excellent property

The condo was perfect for up to 4 people. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The condo was stocked with just about everything we needed. We have learned to bring an iron to Hampton Beach so not having one there wasn't an issue. The property owner was available and accommodating. The location is great....on the beach side of the strip can't be beat and closest to all of our favorite fun spots. It was a pleasure to rent this property and we hope to rent it again in the future.

Perfect Beach Condo

I would highly recommend this condo vacation property at Hampton Beach. The McMaster's are great hosts and very receptive property manager/owners. The condo is always neat and clean upon arrival, and they are receptive when you call with any issues. Plus, they often will reach out to you first to ensure your vacation is going well and their are no issues with the condo. My family and I have no complaints about the condo. Like I said, it is well kept, clean and neat and the beach is literally 30 yards away from your front door.

We ad to park our car 2 blocks away,while others could park outside room.

The place was nice, but there was no A/C just fans. Couldn't park car there while others were allowed. Didn't tell us there wasn't a pool.

ONE OF OUR BEST ACCOMMODATIONS EVER. AN EXCELLENT VALUE.

Jessica's condo was everything as described. we were looking for accommodations for 4+ with a kitchen and a common area. We found it quite by happenstance. We found the condo to be clean, nicely appointed with a great location. Our week long stay was convenient. We were just a few steps from the beach and a few blocks from the Band shell/pavilion. It's a keeper! We would definitely recommend to family and friends. Jessica was easy to work with. She was quick to respond to questions. She and www.homeaway.com was a good choice. Nice clean place

We had a great time and the condo was clean, however the was no air condition so it was very hot in side .the rule on the condo did not allow us to bring a small portable grill and a table so we could cook on the beach bummer not even to store it there !!! There was no vacuum to clean the sand up so we were sweeping all the time .The location was great when we tried to cook in the condo the smoke detector would go off so we had to eat out most of the time.other than that it was a clean comfortable unit.
