About this property

Balcony overlooking the sea, beach, wifi, ideal for a couple

Come and discover our apartment, which by its position is the ideal starting point for exploring the Emerald Coast, discovering the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel and the Cité Corsaire.
Capacity: ideal for two adults
We offer a short stay (from 3 nights) or weekly. The main bed is made on arrival, free WiFi internet, free location all around the residence, sheets and towels provided.

Optional cleaning fee: 45 euros

Located on the 3rd and last floor (without elevator) of a quiet residence (intercom at the entrance) in the heart of the activities of the seaside resort, halfway between the Thermes Marins and the old town.

It enjoys an exceptional sea view on the large beach of the furrow

Fully equipped, everything is ready to welcome you and make you spend a wonderful stay in Saint-Malo and the surrounding area. If you wish, we can pick you up at the SNCF station on the day of your arrival and bring you back on the day of departure without any surplus.

A car is not essential in this neighborhood.

Comme à la maison mais face à la mer

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, accueillies chaleureusement par Corinne. Tout est mis à disposition pour qu'on se sente comme chez nous, nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'emplacement est idéal : à proximité immédiate de la plage, à 1km d'Intra muros, tout proche des commerces. L'immeuble est calme, on a tout adoré !

Nice place close to the boulevard and beach.

Appartement was rustig, schoon en van alles voorzien. Het bed is een beetje hard maar de douche is geweldig. Omdat het de bovenste verdieping van het flatgebouw is wordt het binnen erg snel warm. De genoemde "parkeerplekken ter plaatse" zijn openbare plaatsen aan de straat, er is geen gereserveerde of privéparkeerplaats. Prima ontvangst door de gastvrouw!

De la tempête au plein soleil, chaque jour le spectacle a été magnifique depuis le balcon. Appartement calme, propre, bien équipé, à proximité de la gare, de la plage, des commerces et de l'intra-muros. Accueil sympathique.

Magnifique séjour à Saint-Malo

Bel appartement confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié profiter du balcon avec vue sur la mer. La localisation est également exceptionnelle (presque sur la plage, à 10 minutes de l'intra-muros). Communication facile avec le locateur.

Logement clair , propre et très bien placé

Arrivés et accueil du propriétaire avec petit tour de l’appartement pour le présenter . Le logement est clair , propre et très bien situé. Nous avons eu une belle semaine niveau temps ( entre noel et jour de l’an) et avons profité un peu du balcon avec vue mer . Petit plus pour l’été c’est certain . Bref un excellent séjour et nous recommandons ce logement

De vraies vacances.

Appartement bien situé, à 15 min à pied de l'intra-muros : la voiture est inutile car tout peut se faire à pied ! Vue sur mer, un régal quotidien car la luminosité est différente au cours de la journée. A refaire !

la plage visible constamment!

une location lumineuse , accueillante avec un balcon où l'on peut déjeuner, diner, tout en ayant une vue sur la plage, super, j y ai passé des heures extraordinaires pour qui aime la mer! tout est fourni exactement comme indiqué et les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants. Un gros cafard en rentrant et l'envie de revenir! un grand merci.
