We had an amazing stay in St John. Our unit was clean and updated. You cannot beat the location so close to local bars and restaurants. Pool and hot tub are short walk away as well.

Beautiful balcony with great view. Great location. Fantastic management company. Floors were dirty and soda bed was not comfortable for two adults. Bedding and towels could use an upgrade but we had everything we needed and an issue with the bed frame was corrected immediately.

We had a great time and it was perfect for our stay. The location can’t be beat and the view was great. The beds were harder than we are accustomed but other than that it was all great. The villa was stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again.

Our host was wonderful taking our luggage, giving us our keys and getting us settled in our beautiful condo. We were all blown away by how roomie the condo was and it was perfect for our group of six for the 3 days we were there. I would definitely rent this property again. It was within walking distance of downtown, which was what we were looking for this trip. The only thing I would do next time, is bring earplugs for the rooster that loves to crow all night nearby. Otherwise, it was great.

Host was very responsive when we had questions (we had groceries delivered before our arrival). There was always someone at the Grand Bay lobby for check-in or questions. We loved the view, dedicated individual parking space near the stairwell made it easier for hauling gear (the garage has very tight parking for other units) and drinking water out of all faucets, dependable power and internet (not a given on STJ!)

Awesome overall

Great property with great location. Property managers communicated perfectly and helping with suggestions. Condo had everything you need for the condo and beach. I will definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay

Michelle at the property was so beyond amazing. Accommodating us in every way possible. We so appreciate all that she did for us. This is our 6th time staying at Grande Bay and we would never stay anywhere else on St. John. Location location location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sueno del Mar in St. John, USVI! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and how well-maintained the property was.The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and sunset views. The location was ideal — close enough to beaches, restaurants, and shopping, yet still private and relaxing.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless.We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return to St. John. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing island getaway!

Perfect location to enjoy Cruz Bay with family

We loved our week stay with our children (ages 5, 7 and 9) and parents at Sueno Del Mar! You cannot beat the location as it’s walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars and shops and it has a lovely view of the bay. The parking spot was a plus too. Our kids also loved the well kept pool and hot tub. We hope to visit again in the next few years. Cheers!

Beautiful Condo with a view!

The condo is spacious and pristine. The view was amazing and you can’t beat the location. We walked to dinner every night and some great restaurants. Our daughter had a amazing time spending a lot of time in the pool. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves to vacation on St John.
