This beautifully decorated cabin in the center of Movie Ranch Drive is the easiest to access year round. A small office is located in the front of the property and is only occupied during the day. The office can not be accessed day or night by office personnel or by cabin renters. The entrance to the cabin is in the rear on the parking lot level with easy access. The living area, dining area, fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with laundry is located downstairs. The rustic outdoors themed bedrooms are located upstairs. This three bedroom cabin has a queen bed in one room, two full beds in one room and two twin beds in the other room. A Portable Crib is kept on the property for infants. All rooms have ceiling fans. The cabin has central heat for those chilly nights. A TV and BLU-RAY PLAYER with some movies are available for your use. The cabin is equipped with WIFI and a local telephone. There is also an assortment of books and games, just in case your stuck inside with nothing better to do. A Gas BBQ Grill and a table and chairs are provided on the deck. Star gazing is recommended at night. Shooting stars are easily seen on clear nights.
Hungry and don't want to cook? There are many places to eat within walking distance, including a seasonal deli right next door! There are also gift shops, art and antique shops, ATV & snowmobile rentals and a hardware store, all within walking distance from the cabin.

My name is Bill. My wife's name is Laurie. We have owned property in Duck Creek for about 14 years. We love the area and see something new every time we visit Duck Creek. We have a cabin in Swains Creek which is about 5 miles from the Village. We love the Summers for ATV riding, wildlife watching, fishing, get together's with friends and family or just sitting on our deck reading a book or taking in nature's beauty. We live in Las Vegas and can't wait to make Duck Creek our permanent home. I ran hotels for eight years and like to interact with the public. Why BILL MOSER chose Duck Creek Village
We purchased this property because the property used to have the Duck Creek General Store on it. It burned down one night and was a total loss. The store was never rebuilt and the community does not have a good sized store in which to purchase provisions. So, our future plans are to rebuild the store and also include some rental suites and a two lane Duck Pin type bowling alley along with pool tables and arcade games. After the opening we will be working on opening a bar in the bottom level.
What makes this Cabin unique
This cabin is unique because of it's age and heritage in Duck Creek. It is in the center of all the action, with easy access and comfortable features. For all the Major Holiday's the cabin is 'Where It's At!' The 4th of July and Halloween Parades pass right in front of the cabin, Duck Creek Days is held right behind the cabin in the meadow, 4th of July festivities are held on Movie Ranch Drive. All of the excitement is right at the front door. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are a wonderful time to be away from it all with family and nature. Lots of peace, tranquility and SNOW ! Because we are right in the village access is easy, no traveling into the woods where nobody can find you, or vise versa !! All the attractions and National Parks are close enough to make a day trip out of, saving money on more expensive 'rooms' near these attractions. This is a whole cabin, not just a room at a Hotel or Motel. A true "Home Away From Home".

We had good time the owner fixed the only problem in good time. Duck Creek and the surrounding area is lovely and unspoiled.
Nice cozy cabin
A nice clean cozy cabin with a lots of aminities. Worked out perfect for family of 5. We visited both Zion and Bryce Canyon. I would've given 5 stars if beds were more firmer.
too noisy of street
Issues with internet and dish TV not enough toilet paper or paper towels for a 4 day stay. Found a dead mouse as soon as we walked in. And the BBQ grill was so dirty underneath by burners that we could not use it due to it being a fire hazard.
Thanks for helping to reset the internet and the dish service. For whatever reason, occasionally the boxes need to be rebooted, it just happened that both items were on your visit. fortunately, it was not inoperable for long. Looks like our mouse bait is working. In the mountains there tends to be a lot of "critters" something we come to grow accustomed to. As mentioned in a previous comment, the grill has now been cleaned up and works like a charm. Some guests don't care enough to take care of things and we don't know something may be wrong until we are told about it from one of our guests or cleaning crew. We take pride in having a clean, and operational cabin. I would imagine the village would have been a little busy being right around the fourth of July, something that you might have expected being right in the "heart" of the village. We would love to have you back as a guest and believe that you will find it to be a much more enjoyable experience. Just book away from event or holiday weekends. I will even discount the rental charges your next stay by 50%. Fees are not discounted as they are provided and paid to others for services rendered. Just let us know when you would like to stay again. We appreciate your feedback, it helps make us better !!!.
The cabin was very cozy, we had a nice time, but the shower water only stayed hot for about 3 minutes, I had to finish my shower in cold water, the BBQ grill was very dirty and only lit on one burner, they need to get a new one. This cabin is in the middle of town, so if your looking for one surrounded by trees this is not it.
After a few comments about the hot water we discovered the heating element was going out. A new one was installed, boy is the water HOT now. We cleaned and tested the grill, all seems to be good. Thanks for bringing these items to our attention.
best location in town
we have rented here several times and it has continued to be a great central location for
our needs. we mostly enjoy family fishing trips but hiking and scenery are always an added
plus from here. ATV or snowmobiling are just steps away depending on your needs.

Great cabin with everything you need. We cooked at home every night (except one... Aunt Susie's Chalet was a fun dinner) and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Guest book said owner Bill was great. I am sure he is, but everything worked perfectly so we never had to contact him. Would definitely stay again!
