Fantastic Stay!

The home was just as advertised, and the view was even better than the pictures.Service was great! Carmen met us on arrival and departure and was responded quickly to WhatsApp messages during the week.Location was also great with easy access to beach, local restaurants, and grocery stores.Relaxing in and by the pool was the best!

Excellent, spacious villa

We had a great week at this lovely villa. Great setting, very quiet with fantastic views. The villa is really well located to explore the north of the island which is beautiful. It is very spacious with everything you need. The host, Carmen, is very friendly, prompt and helpful. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Holiday

Absolutely fantastic place felt like a home from home the owner Carmen is lovely. The Villa is lovely very peaceful you can walk to a secluded cove for a swim from the villa it has a fantastic bbq and lovely pool. There are lots of lovely beaches and coves nearby and Santa Eulalria is a half hour drive and worth a visit.

Best villa ever

We had the best stay here ever. The villa is absolutely stunning and has breath taking views. One of the best places we have ever stayed. We stayed for our wedding week, and had so much fun here. The getting ready photos taken at the villa were amazing. Karmen the host is so friendly and accommodating. Finding the driveway to the villa can be a little bit confusing but once you get your bearings it is worth it! I couldn’t recommend staying here more highly.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It's calm and tranquil with lots of outside living space and comfortable interior with well kitted out kitchen for our needs. There are a couple of amazing beach restaurants a 5 min drive away in completely unspoilt and natural settings, and if you are looking for the chaos it's only a 25 min drive away! Carmen was super helpful with everything. She even went shopping for us before we arrived so had a fully stocked fridge and was super flexible with guests coming and going within the 10 max, bringing an extra single bed. We will definetely return!

We stayed as a family of six for our daughters wedding. A more perfect villa could not be imagined… so much space for make up artists, hairdressers, bridesmaids, photographer etc. We loved everything about it!

Didnt want to leave!The owner meets you at the property having buzzed you into the private gate, you are shown around the property and the pool, then left on your own to explore!The pool is salt water, I would have been put off if I had known before I booked, but now I am a convert and prefer it to chlorinated pools, skin feels a lot better! Its not anywhere near as salty as the sea and after a while you dont even notice it.Lovely outside eating areas to choose from, and lovely views across the valley and to the sea.Very peaceful setting. Occasionally the owners dog barks but stops just as quickly.Perfect location and I would definitely stay again.

Peace and quiet

Gorgeous villa with many different places to be, inside and out. The pool is lovely, with shade, loungers and incredible views across the mountains and along the coastline. Everything in the place works. Kitchen well supplied. Fabulous barbecue. Four or five tables to eat. Jacuzzi's inside and out. Pretty perfect.

Great stay

Peaceful and secluded location but easy drive to beaches and other locations in the north of the island. Favourite was Benirràs beach. The youngsters in the group ran to Cala Xaracca beach most mornings. Need to be fit to tackle the steep hill back! The villa itself was spotlessly clean and as photos - good bedroom/bathroom layout with main bedroom upstairs and the others downstairs in two groups of two either side of the main living space. Suited us perfectly. Mid week clean and towel change was great. Pool area was lovely with beautiful views - a very calm place to return to after the busy beaches. Carmen was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.

"This house is very very very nice...in one of the best typical calm and beautiful landscapes in the north of Ibiza....a little far, but wirth the calmness and most of all, the kind and lovely attention of the house owners. I´ll put it like this, an incredible family and attentions guaranteed, with a big landscape in a very tranquil and natural site, with great house feautures. Defenetly a great place for family plan. Absolutely Gorgeous Property

I don’t think the pictures in the listing do this villa justice. It’s much more beautiful in person… from the pool area and various terraces. Stunning views and it feels very private approached from a long private gated driveway. Inside we had plenty of room/privacy for 9 guests. Great little beach cove 5 mins away with wonderful beach bar. Portitxol is close by with great bars/restaurants. My only issue would be that it would be nice to have some basic supplies provided by the villa…shampoo/shower gel/enough toilet paper/kitchen roll for a day or so upon arrival for the guests.

Amazing Villa in an amazing landscape

We had a wonderful relaxing time at this absoluty beautiful villa. everything was perfect. very peaceful and quiet. the view to the landscape and to the ocean are wonderful, the pool and the jacuzzi as well. the house is nice decorated, the rooms and the bathrooms are lovely as well. everything smells fresh. the owner is wonderful, helps with everything and easy to communicate. we loved it and hope to come back soon. higly recommanted. thank you. love, nicole

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en aout 2023 avec nos enfants et des amis. Carmen est charmante et la maison est très agréable, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. L'environnement est magnifique et c'est très calme. Le jardin est rempli d'arbres fruitiers. On peut rejoindre rapidement la route principale pour visiter l'île.

Tout était parfait !

Excellent séjour dans cette incroyable villa tout confort, super équipée et très spacieuse. Mention spéciale au coin piscine, magnifiquement arboré, bassin au top ! Le lieu est très calme, niché au fond d’une route magique qui annonce déjà la couleur ... Un grand merci à karmen et son mari pour leur chaleureux accueil. Nous avons bien apprécié le « fond de placard » qui évite d’acheter l’essentiel d’une cuisine (sel,poivre, huile etc..). Ménage de milieu de semaine avec changement de serviettes très apprécié aussi. Nous connaissions déjà Ibiza et savions que le lieu géographique était bien choisi, nous ne nous sommes pas trompés. Tout était réuni pour un séjour réussi, merci Karmen !

Location topissime !

Accueil très chaleureux par Carmen la propriétaire. Maison extremement bien équipée : air conditionne dans toute la maison, écran tv géant, literie tres confortable, barbecue ++, plusieurs espaces indépendants, table de ping pong, piscine tres agréable avec vue sur les montagnes. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée pour cuisiner comme à la maison, il y a aussi une buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge ainsi qu un service de menage avec changement de serviettes le mercredi .....Bref, c est une prestations 5 étoiles.... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
