Perfect for a larger family or group of friends seeking beachside comfort, this Newport Estate vacation rental will offer ample space inside and out, amazing amenities, and astounding ocean views the luxury to compliment.

This location is great for enthusiasts of all sorts: right on the outskirts of Yaquina Head Outstanding National Area, you and your family, friends, and up to two furry companions can hike, visit the interpretive center to learn more about the area, or take a tour of a grand old lighthouse. The beach is right there for your sunbathing, sandcastle-making, crab-chasing pleasures; and Newport is only minutes away.

This six-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom beauty is a private upper floor of a large house, complete with indoor and outdoor amenities for all sorts. Enjoy a deck with ocean views, or admire from the couch while relaxing indoors. Go to the deck to grill some fantastic summer meals, or just gaze towards the horizon.

With a kitchen built for a master chef, you can make any meal anytime. Stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops make the kitchen posh, while its many accoutrements will satisfy all types: a blender for smoothies, a toaster for epic toast creations, and a coffee grinder for that perfect cup of joe first thing in the morning. And when meal time does come, everyone will have a seat: there is a dining table for ten, and a kitchen island with bar seats for four more.

Come bedtime, naptime, or alone-time, there are six bedrooms of all sizes for all the members in your (max) 12 person party. Three king beds, a full bed, two twins, and two sofa beds - one in the master bedroom, the other in the "crow's nest." means everyone has a place to nest no matter what time of day. There is even space for pooches in this Newport vacation rental (though a nightly fee per dog and minimum fee per stay will apply).

This house is chock-full of amenities: TV with cable and a DVD player, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, board games, a soaking tub in one of the bathrooms for that late-night bubble bath, a washer/dryer after a sandy day at the beach, and a hot tub perfect for after-dinner relaxation.

This Newport rental is great for large groups of active people: the go-getting, hustle and bustle types who like to explore all day and then lounge at night. And you are in the perfect place for the activity-oriented: besides the beach and the recreation area, you are only ten minutes from one of the cutest little towns on the Oregon Coast. Enjoy a day at the Oregon Coast Aquarium, or take day trips to nearby Nye Beach, Seal Rock, and Lincoln City.

No matter the beach adventure, whether your goal is ultimate relaxation or exploration, you and your friends and family will find a warm, welcoming home waiting for you at our Newport vacation rental.

About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Not as comfortable as you'd expect but still nice.

 • 4 of 5

An amazing view. Huge kitchen with everything you'd need. Lots of beds but 5 of the 7 of our party said their beds were uncomfortable. Lots of board games. Only tv is in one of the bedrooms. Bring your own towels for the hot tub. Although it wasn't nearly as hot as it should have been. The jetted tub was more of a hot tub experience. :) No comfy chairs on the deck. Did I say amazing view?!

Ok house with beautiful view!

 • 4 of 5

The house is large and we rented the upper level only. It was clean which we were happy about! It does not have access to the beach, you would have to drive to the beach!! also the upper level has only 1 tv in the master bedroom that didn’t have any channels on it! There is no game room, our kids where a little bored because of that! And the jacuzzi outside was just warm not hot water how it should be!! Otherwise the view was amazing and overall we were happy with staying there..

Owner's Response: We are sorry to see there were some disappointments with this visit. When guests rent only the upper level there is no game room, and the only TV is in the master bedroom. We wish guests had called for assistance with this since the TV does have access to cable channels as well as a DVD player. We have inspected the hot tub and found it at temperature and wish our guests had called us about this as well so we could have been of assistance. Thanks!

Not what it seems !

 • 1 of 5

When we got there the first thing we noticed was Set mouse traps in the kitchen! Then the nasty greasy kitchen ventilation that wouldn’t pass any health codes I’m sure. The hot tub was so gross and dirty on the outside we didn’t even want to attempt to open it to see what it looked like inside! Dust everywhere, the carpet was filthy (we cleaned up a small spill and it looked like chocolate milk coming out of the carpet!). Dishes and cookware had bits of food stuck on & all had to Be washed before it could be used. Several lights were burnt out. There is only one TV and it’s a small one in the master bedroom. There was no hot water in 1/2 the house for several days. The deck looks so sketchy I wouldn’t let my kids out onto it. The outdoor grill is rusting uncovered in the elements, I would never cook on that! The oven hardly works (took twice the time to cook anything). The kitchen door was stuck 1/2 closed. This house needs a ton of work & paint & cleaning! They sent someone out to fix the hot water situation but then the company kept giving me the run around over and over again when I tried to ask about all the other issues they would promise to talk to the manager & call me back within the hour and never did & eventually started sending my # to voicemail so I had to use a friends phone to call them! There is only one person in the company that treated me with respect & helped us & his name is Vaughn. I wouldn’t deal with anyone else in this company!!!

Beautiful view, odd house.

 • 3 of 5

We didn't mind that the house was a bit 1990's dated. However it needs more upkeep. Hardwood floors are in poor condition and a lot of rust. There's no common shower. If you stayed in a room without a bathroom you had to shower in someones room. A lot of missing kitchen items for cooking. FYI, absolutely no spices, herbs or oils. Not even salt n pepper. No ice maker or ice trays. No foil, plastic wrap or ziplock bags. The house was big and nice but somewhat hodgepodge and oddly designed. But that was kinda fun for the kids.
