In Location Maralunga, just above the castle of Lerici, you can enjoy a terrace of 60 sqm, sunsets and starry skies that will leave you breathless.
A garden, shaded by olive trees and consists of small terraced manicured green lawn surrounding the house.
The house is arranged over three floors, tastefully decorated in a nautical style in every detail with a touch of "journeys of Africa" difficult to forget.
The house, designed for living all year round, has been completely renovated recently.

Fantastic Panorama-View from roof-top terrace

Situated above the city and port of Lerici on a small hill with a 360 degree panorama view. Within 5 minutes you can reach the city center via steps ... but better take your time for the way back :-)

Traumhafter Blick von 2 Terrassen

Das Haus ist gemütlich dekoriert, sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es hat traumhafte Aussichten von 2 Terrassen aus. Lerici ist ein sehr netter Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Genialer Blick auf Lerici und die Küste

Das Haus ist großartig und sehr geräumig. Da es auf dem Hügel liegt, ist immer ein angenehmer Wind vorhanden. Der Blick von beiden Dachterassen ist jeden Tag aufs Neue traumhaft ! Wir waren viel beim Felsstrand . Wo man über eine Leiter ins Meer kommt. Auch La Caletta ist nah, wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Altes Herrenhaus in toller Lage

Tolle Lage, 360-Grad Blick von der obersten Terrasse, sehr erhaben über allen anderen! Viele Stufen im Haus. Kleine Duschen mit Duschvorhang. Italienische Sauberkeit. Netter Ort, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über Lerici und ist trotzdem in kurzer Zeit in der Altstadt oder am Strand. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und seiner Schwester war sehr angenehm.

Lovely home with fantastic view.

Sky and Elephant Incredible! We can only echo the superlative comments made by others. We can add some credibility to them because we have lived in this village and environs for seven years. We know what a special treat this particular place is. Having available dedicated parking is very important if you come by car. Even with a car, be prepared for a lot of steps. Mosquitoes go with the territory so also be prepared for that. You can find local products to repel but none seemed 100% perfect. Paradise comes at a price but for a family of six it’s a fraction of what one would have to pay at a local hotel. Andrea and family have seen to it that you have everything you need to get started and Lerici has everything you will need to continue including delicious take-out including local specialities like stuffed mussels and pesto lasagna. Dining as a family al fresco either in the garden at entry level or the terrace with the panoramic view two stories up was a special treat for us. Although the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils we relied mostly on pre-prepared dishes from the markets. With six people the washing machine was in regular use and worked fine. If we return to Lerici for another reunion Sky and Elephant will be our first choice for a place to stay. It helped us create wonderful memories.

Beautiful Lerici

Andrea and his family were very charming and helpful. The property was lovely as advertised. Two outside dining area and two lounge rooms. Magnificent views ovèr the town, castle and surrounding bay. Only a 5 -10 min walk down into town but a longer and steep walk back up to the house.. The local bus came in very useful. Squeamish renters should be aware though that the elephant is a real stuffed elephant not a wall decoration. The two showers also flood the bathrooms if great care is not taken.

Holidays in Lerici

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place. The house ist beautiful, the view from the two roof terraces is imazing an if you don´t mind climbing stairs, you will love this place. You don´t need a car to go in town or at the beach, that´s great. Cristina an Andrea are very nice landlords. We´ll come back again for sure.

Gemütlich, schön und erholsam

Wir waren anfangs September für eine Woche in diesem Haus. Es ist etwas oberhalb vom Städchen Lerici gelegen, das heisst, viele Treppen runter oder dann wieder rauf. Fitnessprogram ist angesagt ;) Ist aber halb so wild, denn so ist der Verdauungsspaziergang nach dem Essen in einem der vielen, sehr guten Restaurants bereits erledigt. Das Haus hat 3 Ebenen, welche ebenfalls durch Treppensteigen erklommen werden müssen. Das Highlight erreicht man dann zuoberst. 2 grosse Sonnenterassen um sich gemütlich auf den Tag einzustimmen oder die Abendstimmung zu geniessen. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche, Küche und 2 Wohnbereiche runden das Angebot ab. Einzig die Duschen könnten etwas modernisiert werden, aber darüber kann man wegsehen, weil alles andere stimmig ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Andrea ist sehr gut. Antwortet sehr schnell und ist per WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar. Freundlich, sympatisch und zuverlässig. So macht es Freude ein Haus zu mieten. Wir kommen wieder! Es war sehr gemütlich, schön und sehr Erholsam.

Très belle maison avec une vue époustouflante

Une très belle maison, avec une vue époustouflante, bien placée pour visiter les cinque terre et au calme. Il faut juste ne pas avoir peur de marcher même si on est près du port. Peu de plages publiques mais des rochers avec l'eau à 26 et beaucoup de poissons à admirer. Une très très agréable semaine

Une vue à couper le souffle, ça se mérite ! Location tout à fait conforme à la description. Cette belle demeure est située au sommet de la colline qui domine Lerici est vraiment très agréable pour un séjour au calme tout proche du centre. Il faut avouer que la montée à la maison nous a fait suer de grosses gouttes (à l'heure actuelle c'est la plus haute sur la colline) mais si on est un peu sportif ce n'est pas du tout un problème. Nous étions six à occuper la maison durant deux semaines, quatre adultes et deux ados. On a toujours eu la possibilité de s'isoler tant la maison est spacieuse. Andréa est un hôte adorable et disponible. Je recommande cette location !

Prachtig gelegen huis boven op de berg, met prachtig uitzicht over zee. Royale woning, met 3 slaapkamers en 2 (kleine) badkamers. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Bijv. vaatwasser, oven en wasmachine. Er is wel 1 nadeel aan dit huis: In het dorp kun je de auto haast niet parkeren, maar je komt er te voet via steile trappen in ongeveer 15 minuten.

N'hesitez pas

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans les hauteurs de Lerici. Grande maison sur 2 niveaux, jolies chambres lumineuses avec vue sur la mer (l'espace du deuxième a été réaménagé et c'est encore mieux que sur les photos) Repas à l'ombre des oliviers ou sur la terrasse (magnifique vue sur le Golf) et bains de soleil sur la 2ème terrasse. Centre de Lerici accessible à pied via chemin sous la maison, un séjour sans voiture grâce à la place de parking prevue juste sous la maison. Quartier très calme.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Blick

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem drum-und-dran ( Wunderschöne Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick über den Golf der Poeten, sehr schöner Garten mit viel Schatten um der Mittagssonne zu entfliehen, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus) Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter klappte auch sehr gut (immer erreichbar via WhatsApp). Die Lage ist hervorragend, man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten unten im Ortskern auf der Piazza Garibaldi. Lediglich der Weg zurück hoch zum Haus kann mit einem Kinderwagen etwas anstrengend ausfallen. Zur Not kann man mit den Bus hochfahren. Fazit - Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Traumhafte Lage und Ausblick

Wir waren 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (10 &16) für eine Woche in Lerici. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Highlight war auf jeden Fall die Dachterrasse mit einem fantaschischen Blick über Lerici und das Meer. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge und Strandurlaub - alles kann man zu Fuss erreicht werden. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

A House at an excellent location (walking distance to Lerici) and a stunning view over the whole golf of La Spezia. Garden a bit too much shadow. Ground floor with kitchen a bit old and dark. 1st and second floor modern and light with splendid view. Roof terras great for breakfast, aperitive and dinner but two stairs up from kitchen .... Showers a bit smallish and warm water didn’t work well. We had a great week and would rent it again. Antoine and family

Maison très confortable avec vue magnifique.

Le seul inconvénient c'est les nombreuses marches pour accéder à la plage ou les commerces. Mais c'est le prix à payer pour avoir une aussi belle vue tout en profitant du calme. Vous pouvez aussi choisir de vous déplacer en voiture mais les places sont peu nombreuses surtout en pleine saison. Je recommande vivement cette location

Der Vermieter war offen für Fragen die wir vorher hatten und hat uns gut vorbereitet. Lerici ist ein schöner Ort , aber eigentlich braucht man nur das Haus mit der Dachterasse und dem unglaublichen Ausblick geniessen. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

A sinous arc of land between Piedmont and sea, Liguria is where the Alps and the Appenines cascade precipitously into the Mediterranean.
The result is as a striking as it is unique, with ancient settlements clinging precariously to granite cliff a spectacle that reach its apex in Cinque Terre : five quintessential Ligurian fishing villages that dangle like perched medioeval colonies above the foaming oceans.
The house is situated on the top of a hill close to Lerici (it takes 10 minutes walking), and it has an amazing sight of the so-called "Poet's Gulf". The surrounding area is really interesting both from the historical and environmental point of view: you can plan many different trips to medieval historical centres like in the surrounding of Sarzana but also roman ruines, like the ancient site of Luni, that are not far from the house. If you like walking in the Nature, not far there is the "Cinque Terre" National Park, or the beautiful Portovenere, that is UNESCO heritage: it takes 30 minute by a small ferryboat from Lerici. You can reach the small city of Lerici and its beaches by steps/stairs in a few minutes (about 10 to the centre of the city, a little more for the beaches), but you can also walk for 2 minutes to the closest bus-stop: there are a lot of other places to go there by bus, like the beaches from the house to Tellaro (to go to these beaches takes about 20/30 minutes walking).
Local way of cooking is really good, you can taste good fish and also regional plates ...
