This is a unique property in Penticton as there isn't any others like it. It is very close to downtown and I enjoyed making them unique when I renovated them to appeal to a younger clientele who would appreciate the modern beach style.

Very cozy feeling

The property is ideally situated on the north end of town. It is within walking distance to the fabulous Saturday Market on Main Street. The beach is close by as well as the Marina. The big box stores are a short drive away, but the character shops and casino are a short walk away. The trail along side Penticton Creek was very enjoyable.

The apartment has a very cozy feeling, with wood floors and a very nice, spa like bathroom. We didn't cook in much, only because we dined out with friends, but found everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Van Horne and will be booking again should be in Penticton in the future.

Cute renovated dog friendly place close to the beach

The check in was easy and Sean was great making sure we had everything we needed. Place was supplied with all essentials, was nicely renovated and decorated in a cute beachy theme. Equipped with BBQ and was dog friendly. Close to beach especially dog beach and was right off main street. Walking paths leading right to the beach as well as up to the hills if you are looking for a nice hike. Really enjoyed our stay would definitely rent again!!

Sean is terrific to rent from, easy to reach and accommodating. The entryway and front/back steps and yard could use some TLC and updated care and decor to make it more inviting to sit outdoors ie plant pots, clean up cigarette stubs, updated and comfortable outdoor chairs, gazebo to sit under when hot. It has tremendous potential. The lack of cable or satellite was a disappointment; as well the air conditioner is a window unit and quite loud. Fans in bedrooms on ceiling would make both rooms more comfortable. Other than this the unit has all you need for the most part for cooking and eating in! Location is terrific. A close walk to the beach and funky areas of Penticton!

Great girls weekend away!

We had a great weekend away celebrating my best friends stagette. We rented two units that were across the hall from each other. The listing was exactly as described, great location, central and close to everything. We loved the outdoor lounging space as well! The place has a great layout for socializing and hanging out as a group, and had everything we needed. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Sean was quick to respond to all my inquiries and it was very easy to check-in/out. I would recommend this property to everyone, small group or a couple. The neighborhood had great restaurants, pubs, walking trails, and we loved the Saturday market.

Great weekend in Penticton!

Two couples stayed in one of the two bedroom units and had a fantastic time. The apartment is a good size, everything was clean and updated. The location was perfect - walking distance to downtown, the casino/resort, the beach, etc. Sean was very prompt with answering my questions before we arrived. Wi-fi was reliable and everything else was in good working order. Would recommend!
