Villa with swimming pool, splendid position

We thank our guests for their review, which we take as an opportunity to improve, and for acknowledging the care and love with which our family home has been restored in respect of its history. However, we feel it is appropriate to clarify a few inaccuracies. Both refrigerators in the kitchen are fully functional, as we were able to verify personally and as confirmed by the technician we called following the report. Likewise, both indoor showers are usable. While we acknowledge that they are not large, this is consistent with the historic character of the farmhouse, which we have consciously chosen to preserve. Regarding the swimming pool, it did experience a temporary pH imbalance due to the exceptional rainfall in the days leading up to and during the stay. We intervened promptly to resolve the issue. As for access and parking, there are two parking spaces available along the road immediately before the entrance to the property, as well as a large parking area approximately 100 meters from the house. Finally, with respect to the kitchen equipment: each year we purchase new crockery and utensils. The kitchen may therefore appear overstocked, as newer items coexist with others that we also use ourselves. In the future, we will leave only the utensils intended for guests, in order to provide more space and better organization. We regret that some inconveniences affected the overall experience, although we are pleased that the stay was, on the whole, appreciated. We remain committed to further improving the quality of our hospitality.

On remercie pour la recension, qui est toujours une occasion pour améliorer le service pour nos hôtes. En ce qui concerne le wifi et le lave linge, ils ne sont pas présent dans la maison comme signaler dans l'annonce. Par rapport aux douches, il y en as deux: une interne et une autre a l'extérieur, en pierre, très utilisée pendant l’été. Notre maison est une maison traditionnelle ombrienne situé dans la campagne au milieu des oliviers, donc c'est inévitable que pendant l’été il y aies des moustiques. Enfin, on est très surpris sur votre avis sur Gabriele, le monsieur chargé de l'entretien, vue que tous les hôtes l'ont toujours appréciée pour ses attentions, sa courtoisie et sa connaissance des lieux.
