It was ranked among the 10 most beautiful beaches in Italy in 2019. It is approximately 7 km away from Costa Rei and the famous town of Villasimius, home to Southern Sardinia’s main tourist attractions, restaurants, walking paths, nightlife, boat rentals, etc.<br>Within a short distance, there are many other beautiful beaches such as Punta Molentis, Cala Pira, Sant’Elmo, Costa Rei, and Scoglio di Peppino. <br><br>The villa is divided into two floors:<br>- First floor (bedroom level), consisting of two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed—and a bathroom with a shower.<br>- Living room on the first floor, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. <br>Large garden with Mediterranean shrubs and large olive trees. <br>The outdoor shower is best used when returning from the beach; there is also a large terrace, an outdoor lounge area, and a barbecue. <br>Security and anti-theft lighting. <br>A car is recommended, for which a shaded private parking space is provided.<br>It comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people, ideal for beach lovers, whether families or young people. <br>The prices listed are for 4 people. Additional guests will increase the rental fee by 20%. A 30% deposit is required to reserve the villa. The balance is due upon key handover. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
