Sea La Vie on hyvin varustettu ylellinen loma-asunto, joka sijaitsee 30A eteläpuolella yksityisellä, porteilla sijaitsevalla kadulla Santa Rosa Beachin Gulf View -yhteisössä. Se oli vain täysin uusittu ja ammattimaisesti sisustettu rannikkokoristeilla. Jokaisella on olohuone, pelihuone, kannet ja suuri takapiha.

Pääsy South Waltonin valkoisiin hiekkarantoihin on vain 160 metrin päässä. Tai rentoutua yksityisellä lämmitetyllä uima-altaalla - ulkona viihdyttävä, oleskelu- ja uima-allasalue, on varmasti osuma kaikille. Nauti Gulf-näkymistä neljännen kerroksen varispesästä. Gulf Place -ravintolat ja kaupat ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

Sea La Vie -hotellissa on kaksi king-size-sviittiä, joissa on oma kylpyhuone ensimmäisessä ja kolmannessa kerroksessa. Kolmannen kerroksen mestari avautuu katetulle kannelle ja siinä on työpöytä. Kolmannen kerroksen kuningatar makuuhuoneessa on oma erillinen kylpyamme. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa kuningatar makuuhuone ja kerrossänky huone jakaa kylpyamme. Kaikissa huoneissa on taulutelevisio ja Blu-ray-soittimet. Kotiin kuuluu ilmainen Wifi.

Toisessa kerroksessa on kaikki mukavuudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuista laitteista ja graniittitasoista. Ruokapöydän paikkaa kymmenen ja aamiaisbaarissa on neljä paikkaa. Keittiö ja ruokasali avautuvat perhehuoneeseen.

Perhehuoneessa, jossa on ulosvedettävä sohva ja uusi pehmustettu patja, on 60 tuuman taulutelevisio, äänibaari ja Blu-ray-soitin. Viereisessä pelihuoneessa on 48 tuuman taulutelevisio, Blu-ray-soitin ja helppo pääsy videopeleihin. Toisessa kerroksessa on myös puoli-kylpy ja pesutupa, jossa on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja.

Yksityinen lämmitetty uima-allas on koristeltu lepotuoleilla ja muilla istuimilla, suurilla sateenvarjoilla ja suurella patio-pöydällä. Allasalue on loistava paikka rentoutua päivän jälkeen rannalla tai päivällisen aikana. Kaikki ulkokalusteet on päivitetty ja korvattu tällä kaudella. Suljettu ulkosuihku sopii erinomaisesti huuhteluun päivän jälkeen rannalla.

* Allaslämmitin vaatii 24 tuntia, jotta saavutetaan optimaalinen lämpötila 83-85 astetta.

Floridan luonnonkaunis valtatie 30A on taiteellisten kylien, rannikkojärvien, upeiden lomakohteiden, eklektisten rantabaarien, maailmanluokan ravintoloiden ja 25 000 hehtaarin suojeltujen elinympäristöjen kanssa jokaiselle jotakin ja on maailman kauneimpien valkoisten hiekkarantojen koti.

Kylät 30A sisältävät: Dune Allen, Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor Seaside, Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach.

Aivan pohjoispuolella porttien vieressä on Timpoochee Trail, 19 kilometrin päällystetty jalankulkijan / pyörätietä, joka kulkee Scenic Highway 30A: n läpi Dune Allen Beachiltä Rosemary Beachille.

Aivan länteen Dune Allen -rannalta, Sandestinissa, on uusi Grand Boulevard 10 Carmike-teatteri, jossa on (9) huippuluokan näytöt ja (1) yli 21-vuotiaiden Ovation-ruokaklubin. What a great house!

5 adults and 2 kids here for the week in mid-June. The house is perfect for spreading out. The backyard area and pool were so nice, especially with so many double red flag days while we were there. The beach was an easy walk and not crowded. We will come here again!

Very good. We did have a problem with the heated pool one day but after calling got a very quick response. It did take several hrs to reheat the pool tho’!

The location is a short walk to the beach and to Gulf Place for dining, drinking, and shopping. It is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The backyard/pool area is amazing and great for a large group to gather and enjoy the weather/pool. We had a great stay!! One thing I would mention is if you have older family members in your party, take note that the main living area (kitchen/living room) is up a flight of stairs. Also some of the bedrooms are up a couple of flights of stairs. It’s not a negative for the property-just the way the floor plan is laid out. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting 30A.

I was hung up on the first time I called royal destinations too. The second I was told to call back for a manager some 3 hours later. I finally talked to a manager he only said someone would come to spray outside the home which I told him that does nothing for the problem inside the home at this time while my family and I were staying there! No one ever came to even spray outside the home! Nothing was ever done to move us or call back to see if we were satisfied and the bugs had been eliminated because he knew about the roach bug problem but rented the 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom 2 million dollar mansion out knowing the bugs were there and according to the better business bureau it’s not legal to rent a space especially at this price my goodness infested with roach bugs or any bugs of any kind! It’s wrong I was deceived by royal destinations and Vrbo too who only told me I should of called while I was on my stay like my experience was not already bad enough without being hung up on or no one even lifting so much as a finger to help me! No but you sure took my nearly 3,000 dollars didn’t you! Yes you did and there is no way the cleaning crew or someone knew about this roach bug problem after cleaning this home! I am going to the better business bureau with this so it does not happen to one more person. I was completely embarrassed in front of my entire family as I had been the one who rented the home and paid for the entire trip to Santa Rosa beach fl and the home sie la vie! It could have been a lovely trip for my family and I but part of my party woke up to one roach bug crawling on him during our first night there and my parents had had enough and they left! You can replace money but not the time! People’s money no matter how big or small is very important to them! It’s important to me and my money spent should hav

Multi Family Vacation

My experience at Sea La Vie through VRBO was absolutely fantastic! The location of the rental is unbeatable, and having a private pool was a huge bonus. The outdoor shower was a convenient way to rinse off after coming back from the beach, and then being able to jump right into the pool to cool off was amazing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable during our stay. The beach access was just a short walk away, and there was plenty of public beach available for us to enjoy. I would recommend getting to the beach early to secure a good spot, as it can get busy at times. However, the home itself could do with a bit more attention to detail. The showers weren't very clean, the downstairs bathroom doesn't drain very well, and the TVs downstairs constantly cycled through and disconnected in the middle of watching TV, which was frustrating with kids. The outdoor speakers, while decorative, only produced an annoying loud buzz. The smoke alarm in the living area is sensitive to cooking in the kitchen, but it's a safety feature that we appreciated. One tip is to avoid leaving towels on the front entryway to dry, as the sprinklers come on in the morning and drench everything. The management had mentioned they don't provide beach gear, but we found about 8 beach chairs and two beach umbrellas in a closet. Additionally, although the listing didn't mention it, there were two pack n plays available in the bunk room. Still an excellent stay and we would stay again!

A Wonderful Early October Weekend

He was able to stay on the top floor away from the commotion and loved it! The house is laid out well with 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor, 2 up top, and living space/kitchen in the middle. The pool is excellent and the walk to the beach is a very easy few minutes (maybe 200 yards to the access walkway). Plus no crossing 30A for those with young children! The proximity to Gulf Place shopping/dining and Pecan Jacks (excellent ice cream) was great as well. Both were a short walk or drive. We hope to be back soon!

Loved our stay!

Such a great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Short distance to beach. Backyard was so much fun for the grandkids! The house was clean and attractive. We will be back!!

Plenty of room to cookout, eat out, play games, and even watch a movie with the grand kids. The location to the beach was perfect. We had several children all under the age of 5 and everything was perfect. Especially like the alarm on the pool door. The property was spotless when we arrived, check in was easy, and the property manager answered the only question I had immediately. You are centrally located within walking distance to many great restaurants. We hope to make this a yearly visit spot.
