2 Masters + loft. Great pool, spectacular park with spring-fed stream.
Welcome to our bright and spacious luxury townhome, on the bike path between the beautiful Colorado River and the mountain-biking mecca of Moab.
This wonderful two-bedroom unit has a large loft and plenty of room to spread out. It features a king bed with Memory Foam in one bedroom, a queen and twin in another, plus four twin beds and a double futon in the loft. The large deck has a grill and a six-place dining table. Free broadband WiFi is included (though there is no phone service.) This townhome has beds for ten.
It is also one of the few truly owner-operated units at Moab Springs Ranch. We have outfitted the unit as a second home, so it has all the amenities most rentals don't: pressure cooker, crock pot, Ninja blender, rice maker, spices and other kitchen staples. We go above and beyond to make our place your group's go-to vacation spot.
Our unit has a private oversized two-car garage that can store classic cars, jeeps, bikes, UTVs, ATVs, motorbikes -- you name it. You'll need to leave your trailer in the parking lot, though, as the HOA doesn't allow trailers in the garage. There are plenty of additional parking spaces outside.
The complex offers a spectacular private park with a spring-fed pond and a running stream that keeps kids entertained for hours. Unusual in Moab, this park is full of huge, shady trees and lush grasses, and the temperature is always perfect, even in the desert heat. Several hammocks, picnic tables, and porch swings dot the meadow where Butch Cassidy once watered his horses. There are also several grills and a large firepit for your use.
Moab Springs Ranch also offers a heated pool that is generally open from March to October (weather permitting), a year-round hot tub, a bike washing station, a large sunny lawn for picnics, darts and soccer (byo), and a basketball hoop. The paved bike path runs right in front of the complex and will take you into downtown Moab in minutes.
Take the bike path a mile the other way and you'll find yourself at the shores of the impressive Colorado River. Just past the river, the bike path continues for two miles into the spectacular Arches National Park. Or take the path east, past Negro Bill Canyon and beyond. Scenic Hwy 128 is one of the most beautiful stretches of blacktop in the West, connecting you to Castle Valley, Fisher Towers and Onion Creek, among other places.
Dead Horse State Park and Canyonlands National Park are both a short, scenic drive away. The trailhead to Slickrock Trail, one of the most famous mountain bike trails in the US, is only six miles away. The well-known 4x4 trailhead to Hell's Revenge is also six miles away. Balanced Rock, White Rim Trail, Potash, Gemini Bridges, Poison Spider, La Sal Mountain Loop Road -- are all very close and accessible; each one more spectacular than the last.
Whether you enjoy mountain biking, ATVing, rock crawling, rock climbing, river rafting, kayaking, SUP boarding, hiking, or simply watching the sun set on the spectacular red rock landscape, Moab has something for everyone. Check our calendar for one of the numerous festivals and events hosted throughout the year in Moab.

About Delin Wareham
We're local to Utah and Moab Springs Ranch is a second home for us, not just a rental. We want you to feel welcome, relaxed, and have a great time in Moab no matter what kind of adventure you find.
Delin Wareham purchased this Townhome in 2014
Why Delin Wareham chose Moab
We chose Moab Springs Ranch because no other property in Moab compares. We love coming back to the pool after a morning adventure and building a campfire in the private park at night. The location couldn't be better -- we are the closest townhomes to the Arches and the Colorado River. The kids love playing in the stream and chasing frogs around the pond. It's truly an oasis.
What makes this Townhome unique
Our unit is the flagship unit of the complex. It was designed and built for the developer of the complex and has many upgrades that make it extra-special.

Great Condo and location!!
Just returned from a wonderful stay at Condo #12. I have rented two other units in Moab Springs, and while they are nice, this one was the best, by far. It is very spacious and clean, with a big kitchen and an open living space with very tasteful furnishings and comfortable beds. The kitchen is the most well-equipped I have ever cooked in and it even has an expresso machine. A HUGE bonus is the oversized garage that easily fits two cars and many bikes. The location is fantastic because it is on the north end of town and if you don't want to battle Moab traffic, you can just stay put in your little oasis; however, town is still close enough to walk or ride your bike into. . Delin and Chris are very attentive owners who are quick to respond and I had my deposit back immediately. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo!!
We really enjoyed our stay in this unit at MSR! The moab springs ranch is awesome as well. My son loved the park and the pool. We will stay here again!
Very quick to respond to any inquiry. Very well kept set up. Kitchen was well equipped, no complaints.
Would highly recommend.
Great base for operations in Moab
This is a beautiful and roomy place with a great common space that felt more than comfortable with seven adults (my wife and I and 5 20--somethings) roaming about. It is ideally situated in my opinion, being close to -- but not in -- town, and a convenient jumping-off point to Arches, Dead Horse Point, Canyonland, and other attractions. We intend to return next year!
Thanks for being such great guests. We look forward to hosting you all again!
Excellent property, clean, spacious, nice grounds
Loved this condo. Perfect location, very clean, nice hottub and park like grounds outside and huge garage to store things. Kitchen has all the necess amenities and the beds were quite comfortable.
Best thing about the properly is both the owner and property manager were highly responsive and accommodating.
It was perfect, just far enough out that it's quiet and secure but close enough to town to be involved in whatever is going on. The kids ran all over with no worries. Both the groundskeeper and Delin the condo agent are extremely accommodating. We will be back every year.
Closest townhome lodging to the Colorado River and to Arches National Park. Bike to both!
