This magnificent cabin is in a superlative location in Big Bear City. It is within 5-10 min drive time of all the main attractions in Big Bear including Big Bear Lake and Snow Summit Ski Resort. The Cabin is just two blocks from the main highways, which makes access to town quick and simple. The cabins location allows you to be close enough to town to experience the year round fun Big Bear has to offer yet far away enough to truly enjoy the peace and privacy of this secluded neighborhood. So leave the stress and worries of daily city life behind, pack your bags and come experience all Big Bear has to offer at Lazy Bear Retreat.

Lazy Bear Retreat has a great combination of cozy cabin feel and modern living. The beautiful log siding, wood paneling and brick fireplace gives it that warm, cozy cabin feel you would expect to experience in Big Bear. The sleek modern upgrades in the bathroom and kitchen will remind you of your own home. The combination of both gives you a wonderful relaxing cabin to return to after a long day of outdoor fun in the mountains.

This clean spacious Cabin will have more than enough room for your group of family and friends. Both rooms are spacious and so is the living room area. The two large sofas, 50 inch Smart TV and blu ray player are great for watching movies with the family as the daylight hours trickle away. Whether you are staying a week or just a couple days, Lazy Bear Retreat has everything to make you feel just as comfortable as you would in your own home.

As owner of Lazy Bear Retreat, I take great pride in welcoming you to a home that will impress you with its comfort and cleanliness as soon as you step in. Additions to Lazy Bear Retreat are added monthly. Whenever I have an ideal that I feel may please guest and provide guest with more comfort I don’t hesitate to add that new amenity to the Cabin. So each time you visit Lazy Bear Retreat it will be better than the last.

Big Bear can get extremly cold in the winter. The cabin has central heating controlled by a digital wall thermostat to keep you warm and comfortable everywhere in the cabin. I also provide guest with (4) heating blankets, one for each bed. As well as (3) space heaters. And, of course, a cabin would not be complete without a cozy wood-burning fireplace to curl up in front of.

For entertainment Lazy Bear Retreat offers a 50 inch Smart Tv, Dvd’s, FREE CABLE, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, FREE NETFLIX, Blu Ray / Dvd player and numerous board and card games.

The kitchen was remodeled with new wood floors and stainless steel appliances. The entire house has new carpet and tile throughout. The bathroom was remodeled and received new tile, new vanity and a full size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable new mattress. Bedroom two has a queen bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a full size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top. Which makes the maximum sleeping capacity 7.

Clean sheets and blankets are provided, along with bath towels, hand soap, and dish soap. The kitchen is stocked with new cookware and utensils, cups/glasses, dishes, a coffee maker, coffee, creamer and spices.

There is a BBQ GRILL & PICNIC TABLE ON BACKYARD PATIO.

The front and rear yard are both large and fenced around the whole perimeter. The driveway can fit approx 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is also avaiable. There is enough space for approx 2 cars to park on the street infront of the cabin. There is also enough room in the driveway for a boat or RV.

RULES
NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside the Cabin. A Fully Refundable $200 security deposit is required at reservation to replace any missing or damaged items. Cabin Inventory is done prior to guest arrival and after guest check out. I encourage you to enjoy your stay at Lazy Bear Retreat, but please be respectful of my neighbors, some of whom are full time residents of this wonderful community, and do not disturb their peace and privacy.
