• Refundable damage deposit required of $500-$1,000, depending on length of stay.

• Pets are allowed. Refundable pet deposit of $250. One pet maximum allowed with all proper paperwork.

Supplied: all towels and linens.

All Florida rentals of less than 6 months have a 13% tax. Rental includes: cable TV, WIFI, electric, water, garbage, amenities and parking.

                                                          My husband and I spent a week in Aventura at the Yacht Club to celebrate out 32nd wedding anniversary. The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and well maintained. There is a beautiful pool on the property and a gym as well. We had a wonderful time.

                                                          The location is great and very secure with guards.It offers a large heated pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, two tennis and basketball courts, BBQ area, marina access, and free internet access.

                                                          Apartment is in a great shape,with washer and dryer. Apartment has all the necessary kitchen amenities and supplies.

                                                          The owner is very nice and pleasant to deal with.

                                                          It will be a pleasure for us to come back here!

                                                          We were pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness of the owner of the condo. Then, more surprised to the condition of the condo! Very clean, well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We wanted a ground floor space as we have a small child we did not want on a balcony. It was exactly what we wanted. If you want a hotel alternative and yet the quality of a 4 star hotel, this is your place. Yacht Club as a facility is terrific. Great family spot and pet friendly. You cannot go wrong here.

                                                          Tax Rate

                                                          Rates are subject to change and availability. Owner and manager will not store personal belongings for guests after checkout. Respect the property and respect your neighbors. Parking is on a first come/first serve basis. All cancellations must be in writing. Security deposit is refundable in total with cancellations 30 days or more in advance, provided that we are able to rent the unit during the period reserved. If we are not able to RESERVE, then 50% of the deposit will be REFUNDED.
