The cottage was beautiful and perfect for our family. Especially loved the grassy acreage in the front yard for our dogs to run around. It was close to the church and venue for our son’s wedding as well. Very peaceful views! Highly recommend.

Lots of space to hang out and eat at this nice guest house. Lots of space in the front yard is nice for kids especially after a mowing. It feels secluded in the country while being close to Kansas City and many amenities. 6-8 people is perfect for this spot.

Great place, fantastic support. Cottage was perfect fit for my family. Property manager was very Theo,easy to work with and really contributed to a pleasant experience. The location couldn’t be better. Close to restaurants, shopping and highways. Quiet estate with a country feel,yet close enough to Kansas City attractions and airport we have family in the area and have decided that this will our go/to for future visits

We had the most incredible stay! We had everything we needed and the host was so incredibly helpful to us! The pictures do it no justice! Huge front area for the kids to play in, wonderful hot tub to relax in a d plenty of cozy spots in the house to relax in!

It was a nice simple, easy getaway. We were there for a close family friends wedding. In between his house and the venue. The house at everything we needed plus a hot tub as a bonus to relax in. Thank you so much for everything. Be safe. God bless.

This home easily accommodated the eight people in our group. Plenty of seating around the large dining table and in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Host communicated with me prior to arrival and even brought in our groceries when they were delivered before we arrived at the house. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Out stay was very nice overall. Clean house! Beds were only average as far as comfort. Shower handles were challenging to maneuver. Some maintenance on those would be appreciated. House was nice and spacious, great for our handicapped daughter and just for comfort with 5 of us there. Hot tub was wonderful! Some kids from the main house unfortunately spent a lot of time our last evening there racing up and down the driveway and making noise, which is right next to the house we were in. It ruined it a bit trying to enjoy the otherwise peaceful and very beautiful area. We appreciated great communication with the host and helping us problem solve one of the tvs.

This guest house was so comfortable. Everything was clean and organized. Communication with the property manager was easy. This home is in a beautiful quite area close to Kansas City and all the activities but it was a retreat away. We all agree we would stay here again.

Our stay was nice and it all worked out but I was so disappointed that the 2nd bathroom shower was broken. So everyone had to use the master bathroom. The whole reason we chose this VRBO was for the 2 bath/3 bedroom. It made the stay inconvenient. I enjoyed the spacious living room and dining room. The beds were comfortable. I thought it was interesting that we needed to do our laundry and fold it before leaving. I did have to get everybody showered and ready so I could take the time to do laundry. Overall it was nice.

Sorry for any confusion. Shower is not broken it has one of those weird pull out centers and people spin the handle not pulling out. We have signs but its the whole handle that pulls out not just the handle and it confuses a lot of people
