We always try to stay here when in the Kansas City area - the house is comfortable, clean, works great for our dogs, and the hosts are exceptionally great to deal with before and during our stay if we have any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Exactly what we needed. There were nine of us we all had a place to sleep. It was very clean. We had to take turns for the shower as there was only one, but we knew that when we booked it. Perfect for our needs.

This property had everything we needed to get ready for our wedding this past weekend! The owners were very helpful with the check-in process, the house had everything we needed for myself and bridesmaids to get ready, and my now husband and I were able to have a home away from home.

Hi Nikko, thank you for your feedback. There is a nest thermostat in the hall by the bathroom that controls the heat and AC for the entire house. The central air is more than powerful enough to heat and cool the house. Guests are able to adjust it directly in person, and we are also able to adjust it remotely if the guest has trouble with the device. We did not receive any messages regarding the heat settings but would have happily assisted with this immediately. In the future, if there is ever an issue with a stay, please reach out to the host.
