East Butte #22 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath private home off Beaver Drive with easy access to SHARC Aquatic Facility and the home comes with 6 unlimited SHARC passes. The living room welcomes you with a wood stove, comfy sofas and New 55 inch TV to gather with family and friends. The dining area leads to the fully stocked kitchen in this 2 level vacation home.

The loft area has a pool table, queen bed and futon. The 2 bedrooms on the main level provide a queen bed and the master bedroom a private bath. The large deck has a gas BBQ and hot tub. Relax in the hot tub while dinner is grilling under Sunriver's year round sunshine.

Grab the bikes and get on the paved bike paths to Fort Rock Park or the Village Mall.

Great Affordable Sunriver Getaway

Check in was easy. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Home is dated but I thought the price was great. The hot tub was very nice. The whole family had a great time.

Amazing time!

What a great house!

We loved this place and will stay here again! The beds were comfy, the place is very inviting and relaxing, it has everything we needed. Only problem was that the hot tub did not get hot. Regardless, we still had a wonderful time.

Sunriver

The property was well maintained. The hot tub was the best. We did not use the passes, every time we drove by it was so busy. (Plus we had no kids with us). The bikes were a nice way to get out early in the am when it was cool outside. The only thing I wish I had was more lighting in the house. But my overall stay was great.

If you’re planning on having a cozy at home stay, this is NOT the home for you! This is a vacation rental that is for the movers and the shakers! It doesn’t really have the space to hang out with more than 4 people/2 couples, or parents and two kids. Negatives- It was really disappointed to read the reviews about excellent air conditioning to then not have any when we arrived. I feel like they didn’t make that clear in the home description! The hardest part about that is the main living space is in the loft. The hottest place in the whole home! They don’t provide any box fans! I ended up having to buy our own. - When you walk into the house, it feels very small and tight. so for six humans to hang out together in the lower living room or at the kitchen table is very difficult! The pool table took up so much of the living space upstairs and the living room was too small. So we didn’t have a spot where all six people could be together. - I feel like it was missing some of the essentials in the kitchen like containers for leftovers. When you schedule a house at a resort you usually are planning on cooking and having leftovers. The cups and glass situation was a little disappointing. For a house that sleeps six there weren’t very many drinking glasses. No wine glasses no plastic cups for outside/kids. - The stove in the kitchen is outdated and took forever to boil water.- no lights turned on with bedroom switches

It was 76 degrees at 11:00 pm when outside it was 60!! I followed the “cooling” direction to the letter!

Our stay was good. We have had better homes in Sunriver than this one. I did not realize the house did not have AC. It was not something that was really written out to be noticed in the description. There was only one fan in the whole house when I got there, and the house was not clean. I called down to sunset lodging and they sent out a cleaning lady that was less than happy to be back.The handyman was happy to be dropping off fans for us and a pool ball that was missing in our pool table. All the screens did not fit tight and let in mosquitoes that chewed us up while we slept. It was amazing to hang out with my family and have a pool table but it was not the best day I've ever had in Sunriver. The beds were okay but not as comfortable as what I've had before and all of the pillows were flat and stiff. We'll not rent this home again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No A/C. The house was 81 degrees in the evening and running all the fans only brought it down to 79 and it was so noisy we were unable to have conversations. Took the lid off the hot tub and there was a dead frog floating on the top of the water. The oven was broken and unusable. A maintenance guy came out and reprogrammed it. It smoked when we put it on. The cookie sheet would not fit in the tiny oven. One of the bikes had a flat tire. A light in the kitchen kept on flashing off and on. My husband tried tightening the bulb but it did not fix it. On the positive side, good quiet location. The pool table was fun. Ample plates, bowls and silverware. Would not return. Overpriced for the griminess and old furniture. The mattresses were soft and uncomfortable. This is the first bad review we have ever given and we are seasoned travelers.

Great House! Great Location!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This house was just perfect for our family. Fixtures were older, but everything worked great. Very close to the park and SHARC. The pool table was a huge hit with the teen/pre-teens. We ended up being a bit needy (sorry!!), and the host was fantastic!

Beautiful Sunriver, Oregon`

If you have not explored Sunriver, Oregon, you ought to put it on your list. This property is perfectly located in Sunriver for easy access to shopping, dining, bike rentals, coffee, wine/beer, golfing, pools, spa, parks, tennis and pickleball courts....you name it, its here.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at East Butte 22. A couple of minor little problems upon check in, but they were fixed very fast. Our Wifi router was not working, the service tech came out Saturday night, when we checked in, to replace it. One sink was not draining in the bathroom, fixed the next morning. I would say that if you are not up at the crack of dawn, don't sleep in the upstairs loft area, it is bright in the morning, but there are two other rooms downstairs to choose from. An upgrade on frying/saute pans would be nice, there are some really old Teflon ones that can't be safe to use anymore, luckily we had some camping pans with us.Other than that, it was lovely! Loved the pool table and hot tub. The outdoor deck was great!

Nice Location and property management company, but house is outdated

Our family enjoyed the location, size of the house, property management company, and hot tub. The house itself was outdated and not very clean. It’s obvious the owner doesn’t invest much in this house. The kitchen needs new pans and utensils. The bike selection was poor and the bikes weren’t in good shape. The house was dark and hot (no A/C). The plumbing was bad. Furniture was old and uncomfortable. The house wasn’t cleaned well at all! We had a great time and Sunset Lodging is great, but we won’t rent this house again

Cute House in a Nice Location

The property and house are well situated and quiet. Close to everything in Sunriver, we enjoyed biking, the SHARC, and nice walks. The beds are comfortable, but at least one was very squeaky. As other reviews have mentioned, the kitchen is pretty outdated, but totally functional. The deck and outdoor setup is very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion

Perfect Sunriver Vacay

The house was exactly what we needed. Great walking location, nice deck, dining al fresco, teens loved the pool table and perfect place to call home for a summer vacation. Would definitely book again!

Would not rent this home again

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House needs some maintenance. Electrical plugs loose, no towel bars in bathrooms, poor lighting, kitchen sink faucets not operating normally- to shut water off you have to find the sweet spot in the middle. House was clean enough, but small and dark.

Decent affordable house

The property managers were fantastic about getting them resolved but I was a bit put off that they had not been handled before our stay. It just seems that the owners have deferred a lot of maintenance. However, we still had a lovely stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, we enjoyed the hot tub and the layout was great for an extended family getaway. Was great to be in Sunriver at a reasonable rental rate.

Cozy Get Away!

This was such an cozy and nice place to stay. Was a prefect get away for my friend and I. The hot tub was a great plus on those cold nights. Loved the amount of natural light that we got throughout the day. Would 100% stay here again

Cleanliness was subpar. My 4 year old dropped a toy under the bed and didn't want to get it because it was "disgusting." Overall we enjoyed our stay. Nice amenities.

Great home in Sunriver

Great place for a family of four. Kids loved the hot tub and fireplace and pool table. Bike trails nearby and playground is an easy pedal.

A nice weekend getaway

The property was nice for our family of 4. 6 would have been a bit cozy. Suggestions for the owners would be to upgrade the bikes they aren’t safe. lights in the hot tub area, inset in some new fry pans and kitchen sink valves. These are suggestions but should not detract from a nice place to stay with comfortable and clean furniture and beds.
