A Nice, peaceful and rustic Cabin, close to Yellowstone West Entrance!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this cabin during our trip to Yellowstone National Park. The cabin is very nice, quiet, and gives you a feeling of staying the woods with no lights in the surrounding (especially if you like to watch the night sky). Yet it is close to some grocery stores and a gas station, and is a very affordable location to stay if you make a trip to Yellowstone National park.

The cabin is perfect for a family of 4-5 people, and has all the amenities required to have a nice and comfortable stay in here.

Katie is wonderful to work with. She is great in communication and makes the booking process and paperwork very easy for the renters.

I would definitely stay in here during my next visit to Yellowstone Park!

Cabin needs investment of time and money

  • 2 of 5

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. First of all, the pathway leading to the back door is a rocky, uneven, nasty (for someone who has difficulties walking) little hill. Furthermore, the back stairs are made of some sort of cement/stone mix and are falling apart...and there is no railing. I have bad knees from my time in the service and even informed the owner and nothing was said about any of this. I had a bit of a tough time navigating both areas. First night it was cold in the cabin and the TV wouldn't work. After much going back and forth with the owner, the housekeeper was sent out the next day to set up the TV. Perhaps some notes on how to use the TV and other things would be useful. The refrigerator made a lot noise when it turned on and the sump pump turned on and off all night. I found the furniture to be well worn (to be nice) and the bench in the kitchen almost fell apart when I tried to move it. I just think a little investment of maybe $10k and this place would be very nice.

Owner's Response: That's pretty funny. You forgot to mention the nice fire the housekeeper made for you because you couldn't figure out how to turn the heaters up. Reguardless, it was very nice to have you stay at the cabin. Sincerely, Kate

Cabin was great. Loved it.

Driveway was not plowed and hard to get in. Probably not come back here if going snowmobiling.

Peaceful setting, comfortable. Most everything you need was there.

  • 4 of 5

The cabin was comfortable with most everything you need. We didn't spend much time there, only to sleep, because we were out at the parks all day!

Wonderful quiet cabin close to everything!

  • 5 of 5

We really really loved staying here. It's so close to Harriman Park and Yellowstone. The cabin is very nice and also rustic with everything you need like dishes available to use. Despite being close to the highway, I found it nice and quiet. It was an absolute steal, and we hope to come back soon!
