This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath custom built home is 40 minutes from downtown Austin and Bergstrom International Airport, 3 miles from Villa Antonia, 15 minutes from Flat Creek Winery, and 10 minutes from Cedar Park. This home has over 2,000 sq. ft of outdoor living space with a large fire pit, a 65 inch outdoor TV, built in gas grill and smoker; all surrounding a gorgeous 9 foot deep pool with a built in spa.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and includes a double oven, built in ice maker and all updated appliances with a large 10 foot island. The open concept home has a large dining room table that seats 10 and looks out to the pool and large covered porch area.

The media room boasts a 100” smart tv, 2 leather reclining sofas that can double as extra sleep space. The media room includes a full size popcorn machine, beverage bar with fridge and sink.

We are minutes from Lake Travis and a public boat launch at Jones Brother’s Park. The park also offers a tennis court, a large playground, & pavilions with grills for family get togethers. Bring your boat or rent from several close by marinas within 10 -25 minutes.

This is an awesome rental for Formula 1, ACL, family reunions, wedding parties, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and any occasion to be together under one roof! No worries on noise restrictions or parking, we are located on 11 acres with complete privacy on all sides.

This home is close to many stores, restaurants and activities. Grubhub delivers to this address as well as HEB, Costco and many other big box stores.

We also offer a 14 passenger Mercedes Sprinter van for any transportation needs; please message for pricing. Please also note that the garage and master closet is not available for guest use.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all dirty towels to the laundry room.
Any food or drink that is not opened can be left.
Please return all furniture inside and out to original layout that was found upon arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool heat is available for an additional cost. The range is $150 to $225 per day depending on market gallon cost and month of use.
Any events being held on property must be approved and additional fee may apply.

Beautiful home! We stayed at Ann’s place for a bachelorette weekend and had a blast. The property is amazing and we loved the outdoor space. Definitely a drive to downtown Austin but our time relaxing by the pool was worth it. Ann was also very responsive and wonderful to work with. We would absolutely stay again!

Ann accommodated our last minute booking and had the house ready for us. The house was fantastic and we enjoyed spending time in the pool and enjoying the backyard. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing music as the house is setup to airplay. This is a perfect home for families looking for a getaway. Easy drive to the house and you can’t hear any neighbors. We spent so much time outside, we didn’t even make it upstairs to the media room. The house was a convenient drive to Lake Travis where we enjoyed an afternoon boat ride. We will be renting this house again this summer!

Great experience renting this property from start to finish. The host provided clear instructions that made check in and check out easy. The house is large, we had a group of 11 and everyone had a place to sleep. We hung out by the pool, played cornhole, grilled food and watched TV both inside and outside which was great for sports. The upstairs movie room was also great, we connected our game system to the 90 inch monitor. I’d recommend this property and if I’m in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate renting it again.

We would love to stay here again. The hostess was very courteous, prompt, and hospitable. The house and surrounding property were perfect for our family reunion of 10 adults. The location was remote enough to feel like we had the place to ourselves but close enough to groceries and entertainment to be convenient. It’s a great house! We loved the pool/spa, fire pit, plentiful TVs and lounge chairs for our football watchers. The house is well appointed with supplies and tableware and even snacks that our kids devoured upon arrival before we were able to grocery shop. Ann was responsive and helpful. Our only constructive criticism is that we wished the lights had dimmers and lightbulbs with consistently warm color temperatures.

Perfect house

This house is amazing!!! The location is great and secluded. The beds and bathrooms are perfect for a large group, the pool, patio, and hot tub are perfect for entertaining everyone during the day and evenings. The best part was how well stocked the house is from the kitchen to the bathrooms! It felt like a home away from home! We had a blast and would highly recommend.

This is secondary residence approximately 15 minutes from our main residence. We love this home and have put much love and attention into the property. We have remained in our primary residence so our children could continue to attend their zoned high school and be in a neighborhood community.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for families attending weddings that want several families to stay together, small family reunions, sibling week ends, small weddings, showers, friend week end etc.. Perfect for multiple car parking.

What makes this property unique

No noise restrictions but I still ask for guests to be respectful of surrounding neighbors, no parking restrictions, ability to host small get togethers, pool and spa on site. Very close to urban areas, restaurants, Villa Antonia within 3 miles. Kindred Oaks is 10 miles away as well. Grocery stores and Grub Hub delivers to our home. We are 15 minutes from Flat Creek Winery, 5 minutes from Lago Vista Brewery and 5 minutes from The Lucky Rabbit a unique live music bar that is pet and child friendly with delicious food and great outside areas.
