Great vacation!!

My group and I had so much fun at this house! The location is perfect and the view is amazing! We had 12 people stay and the house fit everyone with plenty of room!

Perfect Getaway

Point venture was nothing short of amazing! The house over exceeded expectations. Nice and clean. Comfy beds. We had a family of all ages and it accommodated us perfectly. Elizabeth was a great host and provided great insight on activities near and where to get food. I would 100% rent again!

Memorial Weekend Family Fun!

This home was perfect for our 3 families. Plenty of space and fully loaded with pots, pans, dishes.....everything! The swimming pool and lake are just a short drive. We rented a boat through Liquid Thrillz and had an EXCELLENT experience. The pics on this home do not show how clean, beautiful and comfortable it is. Way better in person! If we come back to Austin, we will rent again!!!

Stayed in October 2024. House was exactly as advertised; well appointed and very comfortable. Communication with Liz beforehand was seamless. The neighborhood is very nice and we enjoyed all the deer around. Short car ride to the marina restaurant which was pretty good and relatively crowded on a Tuesday. Only house suggestion would be to extend the plank to the dock so you don’t have to step in the goopy water to get there. Could be an easy adjustment. The neighbors dock was much more accessible. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful house and exceptional service!

The property is amazing - with spacious rooms, elegant and comfortable furnishings, great views of the lake and fun dock from which one can fish or jump in the water to cool off! And Elizabeth and team were wonderful to work with - answering every question and catering to every wish! Can't wait to return one day!

Amazing Views, Great Communication, Plenty of Room!

From the start, great communication with the owner! They were very accommodation! We pulled into the neighborhood and OMG, the amount of deer! EVERYWHERE! Never seen that before! Family caught good size catfish off the dock. Water was really low and had to walk down rocks to get to the dock where we hung out. The only downsides were The Lily Pad had tears in it, the LARGE family float had a hole in it so we couldn’t use it and the the grill utensils were dirty and needed to be washed. Other than that, I would def go back with the family! Water was warm, perfect for the family! Ty for having us!

Beautiful home with access to water

Meticulous home on lake Travis. We brought our boat, used neighborhood boat ramp to put in water. Tied the boat to dock for the weekend. The house was stocked with all essentials; the view was beautiful; well kept path to the boat dock for lake access. Comfy beds, comfy family room, family dining table, and two beautiful decks with views made for a perfect family getaway!

Amazing House/Location

My guests & I loved our stay at this beautiful property. The house is much nicer than the pictures portray! The location was perfect, we were able to have a boat rental company pick us up with no problem. The house was very clean & well stocked. All the kitchen utensils we needed were available. The property listed kayaks/ paddle boards available but they did not get delivered to the house in time. However, the floats/ Lilly pad we’re available & worked out in the end. Our hosts provided prompt communication along with nice flexibility regarding our check-in / check-out times. I look forward to renting this house out again! If you are traveling with an older crowd please take caution going down the stairs/rocks to the lake area.

This place was exactly as advertised, and my family just loved the place! We even brought our boat to the private boat dock :). Elizabeth was a great host, always available to answer questions, and super helpful. We will definitely consider renting this place again for a family get together on the lake!
