The cabin felt like home. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels, and was very private. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We would stay here again!
Very clean, comfortable cabin in secluded corner of the neighborhood. Excellent communication from local hosts. Plenty of beds, well stocked kitchen, coolers, games, and local attraction information. Bonus points for a lynx sighting and a moose family!W ould definitely return!
Great all round location for fishing the rivers, in the middle so we could sight see something diffe
Perfect, manager Nikki super nice and knowledgeable, Brian Smith owner had everything easy to get to cabin and was quick to email me back on any of my questions.
This was just what we needed and so much more! The host and neighbor were so kind and welcomed us. The property was extremely well equipped, clean, and SO comfortable for all of us! They made it like a home away from home but even better!
Great place close to everything we needed. We would stay here again.
Only issue we had was we weren’t able to access the WiFi. Other than that it was a great location and place was clean.

Thank you for staying at our cabin. So sorry about WiFi. Please let us know if you have any problems so we can help. Sometimes the WiFi just needs to be rebooted. I’m glad you enjoyed Alaska.

This was a beautiful cabin!
We stayed in this cabin from July 8th thru the 10th. It was everything we hoped for. Niki was very helpful with giving us information about where the guys could go fishing and where my sister and I could go hiking. We would definitely stay here again.
The cabin was perfect for our week's stay in Alaska. Niki was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and beauty of the cabin. The cabin is well cared for and we appreciated this as our home away from home for the week!
Excellent spot to explore the Kenai Peninsula. Centrally located to Anchorage, Homer, and Seward, all of which have things to keep you busy during your stay. The cabin is on the edge of the Kenai River and spots to fish are all close by. If you are planning to salmon fish, we learned mid July to mid August is the time to come
Great cabin, good location. We were 1st guests of the season, the wifi didn't work, not that big a deal, be outside! I'm sure that it's operational now. Nice place!

Thank you for your review. So sorry for the wifi issue. It was working but ACS (Alaska Comm) had some issue they had to resolve on their end to get it going again. It is working now. AK is a beautiful place to be outside. All the best.
We were a family of 6 adults. Room in beds for everyone. Kitchen had all we needed to make meals. This cabin is clean, cozy, and well stocked. It is very close to Bings Landing for fishing. I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Five stars.
This cabin was immaculately clean and was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed.
This cabin was just perfect for our stay. Centrally located on the Peninsula and such easy access to all towns and attractions in all directions. Immaculately clean and decorated. Private yet so close to amenities. Fully stocked kitchen and extra ice chests to use for day trips and fishing. A freezer to keep fish to take home. It was just perfect. Niki who takes care of the property was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and fishing places. Great WiFi and cell service. We will definitely stay here again.
This cabin was very comfortable for the 4 of us. It was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We arrived late and let Niki (neighbor and property mgr with her husband) know we had arrived. They sent over some eggs and bread for the next days breakfast which was very nice. We took a fishing excursion on the Kenai River. A lot of charters leave from Bing's Landing which is right down the road. We did a number of hikes and went to Homer for the day. Would recommend this cabin!
Pro’s: beach chairs & umbrella set up! That was a great nicety; thank you! The quick and easy access to the beach was amazing. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking. Kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking very easy.Con’s: Very poorly managed property! The townhome smelled horrible when we first walked in. I found a used cat litter box in the hot water heater closet. It had an air freshner in it (still laughing about this) and clumps of kitty poo everywhere. The vents had fabric softener sheets in them, so we certainly weren’t the first renters to investigate the mildew smells… We invested in A LOT of air fresheners that week!Huge hornets nest on the patio above the outdoor shower…HUGE! Big bugs crawling on the indoor walls, too. Invest in pest control!!!!Upstairs patio lock was broke; no lock on the downstairs patio door. There was no way to lock our unit while we were on the beach. Storm door lock on the front was also broke. Curtains were all stained, dirty and gross. I’ll just leave it at that. This is a VERY overpriced rental for the poor condition it is in. Property mgt needs to step it up!!!!!

This review was not for the Bings landing property. If you read it our property is not a townhome on the beach with basement. We don’t allow animals and our biggest bug is a mosquito. We tried to get vrbo to correct the property mistake and put the correct review but the would not help and quite frankly they were rude on the phone and were not helpfully. Please disregard this review and refer to the other wonderful 5 star reviews. Kind regards from Alaska.
Comfortable cabin located near the Kenai river. Easy to access fishing along the river via the various launch points. Cabin is well stocked with staples, kitchen supplies. Enjoyed our stay.
It was great to come back to a warm dry cabin after a rainy day of fishing. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with Brian was great. Nikki was awesome. Thank you both!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The cabin was so clean and comfortable. It was very well stocked, and we really felt at home. So close to fishing, but also quiet and private. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Alaska.
This property was full of supplies, well maintained and very close to the Kenai River...for those hoping to catch some Sockeye. We loved everything about this property. So, if planning an Alaska trip, book / reserve early, to find a great stay like this one.
Thanks for everything.
Excellent property and location ! planning another stay in the future. Highly recommend !!! Niki made sure all was well and if we required anything to let her know . Cabin had everything we could have needed.
