The villa spans two floors totaling 450 square meters. On the first floor are two spacious living rooms with fireplaces and a pool table. On the first floor, another beautiful fireplace frames a spacious living room that opens onto a dining room, a large kitchen, and six double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a shower (one bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub).
The villa also features a private pool overlooking the estate’s stunning views and is surrounded by a large garden with a panoramic terrace, equipped with all the amenities needed to relax and dine al fresco, immersed in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The outdoor area is fenced and for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests.
Air conditioning (optional) is available for a fee of 0.90 per kWh.
