Updated Condo Convenient To Many Water Activities, Birding, Shopping, And More!

First time stay at SPI was great! The location/place couldn't have been better. Pam (owner)was very helpful and informative. Would love to go back!

We loved the scenery, the quietness and overall the privacy of our balcony, the space was perfect for the two of us and would definitely book it again.

We had a wonderful time in south padre. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice at all. It was spotless and welcoming. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook with. The unit had 2 beach chairs, multiple boogie boards and sand toys available for use. My only complaint would be the AC. It never dropped below 75 in the unit even while using fans and the dehumidifier. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! The Check in on day one was quick and friendly and the owner Pam is the sweetest! The condo was super clean and conveniently walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The king size bed was soooo comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could ever need to cook in. The Beach is literally a few steps away and we enjoyed the heated pool at night. The overall experience and vibe of the condominiums was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

It's a long story but bottom line after our previous place got cancelled, I found another listing this time at the Tiki. I booked within just a few days of arrival. It was easy to get a response and us be well on our way. Because it's a private condo make sure you have all your information upon arrival. Confirmation codes don't help. Need name of the condo owner or the Tiki's contact with them. We got everything squared away but it could have potentially been a hassle. Unit is on 2nd floor right near the office. Our room overlooked the beautiful Oleander bushes. We had two nice chairs and a table on the HUGE patio. The Tiki is an older place that has alot of history. It sits next to Carlton's however there is another new building going in between the two. Our condo looked out over the construction but it was quiet with no workers present. Now to the condo, the main area was quite small but we knew that going into it. There was a small couch and relciner, dining table with chairs and also barstools. The kitchen has everything you need. The microwave is small but works great.

Bedroom is large. It does have a king bed however, the pillow top hurt both our backs. The linens are soft and the curtains are room darkening so it's awesome. My son slept on the couch pullout and he managed just fine. He's 6'0. Didn't find a pilliow case though so we had to improvise. The bathroom has recently been redone. The sink are is new with places to store your stuff. The shower/bath area is very tight. If you have large men in your family this unit is not for you. The toilet is very small and sits near the dispenser and wall. Just FYI.

The units on the outside rather than courtyard are remarkably quieter. We are amazed at how peaceful it was despite so many people. The fans in the unit are a must. The AC does get cool but due to the high humidity it never gets really cold. The fans work great and we were comfortable and slept great.

The pools are busy. If you have littles it's the place to be. LOTS of families and laughing kiddos. The walk is short to the beach (wear shoes) and you get to enjoy the lush grounds. Beautiful plants. Just expected to see a parrot. LOL. Beach access is easy, next door is lots of action and on the weekends it's crazy to see what goes on. Remember the fireworks at 9pm You can get food next door during the day. Great location. Nice walk on beach either way. Highly recommend Tiki.
