Esta lujosa villa de propiedad privada se encuentra en la exclusiva comunidad cerrada de The Manor at Westhaven, con un bulevar bordeado de palmeras de solo 57 propiedades prestigiosas. Duerme 8 Master Suite con Cama King size. La suite cuenta con dos unidades de tocador de mármol, cabinas de ducha grandes y bañeras romanas con WC separado. Great vaca for the fam

The pool was PERFECT!!! Beds were cheap but we were so tired at night it didn’t matter. It was a good time ~ great neighborhood ~ perfectly centered between the Gulf and the ocean!!

Perfect vacation house

This home is beautiful and as advertised. The location is wonderful, away from the overly touristy areas, but still close to atteactions. It was very clean and spacious. By far the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. Communication/check in was a breeze. This is a wonderful place to call your home away from home. My family is looking forward to staying here again.

good for a vacation

its nice place to stay a little like a hotel with limited cleaning supplies n cooking supplies but ok equipped. Im used to homes with a little more supplies to rely on since i do clean and like to cook just cuz outside food get boring after a couple of days. Great communication with agency, nice neighborhood and had fun in the pool.

We always inform guests beforehand to bring their own supplies, including toiletries and cleaning products, due to potential shortages in the local area, as all vacation rentals are self-catering. However, each home is stocked with a start-up supply. Additionally, we intentionally do not leave open food containers (such as cooking oil, salt, etc.) on the property to ensure the safety and integrity of all items. 28th year Wedding Anniversary

We stayed at Westgate Resorts the 1st week and then we rented this home for our 2nd week. We needed this down time from the hustle and bustle from our 1st week. We loved having a pool for just us and not having to fight for a pool chair.

Great house. Pool heat to 89 degrees the technician stated. Hot tub/spa working great. Very private compared to similar homes. Little yard in the back and vinyl fence. Building wraps around pool so total privacy compared to neighboring homes. A little dated, the interior. Probably original mostly but newer kitchen appliances. Just fine and functional for the price, convenient area. A++ !!!

Good; not great.

Being that we are not from FL we were excited about the heated pool. Would pay for that again as we didn’t use it. However, we would have used the hot tub, but it was not any hotter than the heated pool. They may have fixed it by the time we left but by day 3 we didn’t care anymore to even bother. I recommend they add at least a bunkie board under that mattresses since they literally sit on metal slats and nothing else. House had a few minor issues with plumbing, but for the age of the home it’s to be somewhat expected. Overall the house was clean and looked nice.

Loved it!!

Everything about this property was great I enjoyed everything about it from the privacy and peace. Very comfy beds and couches. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was still a nice view. Will definitely stay again !!

Nice Neighborhood and Pool

The house was ok, but the pool and movable glass wall was great. We hung out in that area most of the time. There were definitely some areas of needed improvement, but the service company was great when we brought them to their attention!
