Welcome to Landmark #116! My residence is platinum rated (score of 97 out of 100) by the Vail Lodging Quality Assurance Program and is located in the heart of Lionshead Village. The Eagle Bahn Gondola, Born Free Express Lift, and Ski School are all just a 2 minute walk away. The general store, liquor store, restaurants, pubs, ski/snowboard shops, ice rink, free in-town shuttle, and lifts are just steps away. Couples and families will love the convenience to everything Vail has to offer.
This first floor 750sf 1 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 4 and is the largest, most luxurious one bedroom unit at The Landmark. All custom furnishings and décor will make you feel right at home.
Enjoy the awesome recreation deck (conveniently located on the same floor as the residence) where you can take a dip in the outdoor heated pool, soak in one of three hot tubs, workout in the fitness center, or enjoy s'mores in front of the fire pit taking in the mountain/village views.
Pamper yourself in the upscale master suite with a KING size bed, flat screen tv, spacious bath with double vanities, heated travertine flooring, and a luxurious walk-in two person shower (this is the only residence at The Landmark with this feature). Luxurious Ralph Lauren towels, Hotel Collection Primaloft luxury down alternative pillows, and sumptuous Ralph Lauren robes for trips to the pool/hot tubs are provided.
There is an additional full hall bath to expedite getting ready for activities on and off the mountain.
The fully equipped kitchen (blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, china, glassware, silverware, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker) has beautiful knotty alder wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, solid granite countertops/backsplashes, and an island that seats four. The Calphalon cookware is professional grade stainless steel and enjoy dining with Ralph Lauren silverware.
The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that frame nice mountain/ski slope views, a stone fireplace, stunning stone wall, distressed wood flooring, high definition tv with surround sound, Blu-ray player, and a custom leather sleeper sofa (QUEEN size, extra length, and comfortable mattress). High speed Wi-Fi is also included so you can easily stay connected with the office, family, and friends.
My place comfortably sleeps four, has a washer/dryer, and a private balcony (with gas barbeque grill) overlooking the ski slopes of Vail mountain.

Being in the heart of the newly renovated Lionshead Village is awesome. Just steps to everything Vail has to offer makes this the perfect place to be. No need for a car! But there is complimentary parking for one vehicle during your stay in the easily accessible building garage. The Landmark facilities are great with a beautiful lobby and a landscaped recreation deck that features a full size heated outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs, fire pit, changing rooms, and a fitness center all located conveniently on the same floor as the residence.

Wonderful Stay in Lionshead Village
We had a great time with our family at this unit that is perfectly situated in the heart of Lionshead Village. We have been visiting Vail for many years and found this unit is very well kept and overall really nice. The building has all of the ideal amenities and the owner was very helpful and attentive.

This is a great condo. Beautiful and well appointed with everything that you would need. Very convenient location--short walk to lifts, etc... Owner communicates well and is readily available to answer questions. Would definitely stay again. Five stars.

Gorgeous and perfect location!
The condo was absolutely beautiful, from the furnishings to the lighting. The location was amazing....the General Store, Liquor store and Little Diner just steps from the building.
From our ski locker to the lift was about a 2 minute, easy walk. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Rich!

Espectacular and convenient
We had a great time last week in Vail. We absolutely love this unit and have much more than we expected. Super convenient location, close to everything walking distance. We were really impressed with the level of quality and every detail of Rich had for us, from coffee, to laundry detergent to chocolate, etc. We are looking forward to visit again!
