We purchased this beautiful condo in March of 2014 and it came beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! It is located 5 blocks to beach access at the King and Prince Resort and one mile from the quaint village at the pier. This condo has a lot of room with 3BR/2.5 baths, open living and dining area. It has high speed WiFi, TV's in each bedroom and the living area. Porches on back and front, 2 car garage and the best part, an elevator for transporting your luggage & groceries. And it's across from the pool!!!

About Dawn Schlich
My husband and I have been coming to St. Simons Island for over 20 years. We love it so much we moved from fast paced Atlanta to friendly SSI in 2016. It truly is a magical island and our little slice of paradise. We were very excited to purchase this beautiful condo in the best location on the island, the South side! We absolutely love the friendliness of the island. We can't get there fast enough. We are thrilled we can share it with other's.

This condo is so close to everything! We don't need a car except to go to the grocery store. We are both avid bike riders and St. Simons is very bike friendly. You could ride for hours on end. The condo is close to both the beach and the Village. You can also walk to many popular restaurants. The location is ideal and we were so fortunate to purchase in this complex. The setting is so tranquil and beautifully landscaped. We think you will feel the same way.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Townhouse is very spacious, clean and inviting! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was great! We rented last minute and the owner was very accommodating to our needs (thank you!). The place looks JUST like the pictures, with all of the amenities as described. Beds were comfy and we all slept well, and the kitchen is indeed fully equipped for cooking meals there.
The location is perfect - close enough to walk into town for a delicious morning coffee at Palm Coast, or to ride a bike to the public beach, or even Winn Dixie! We had a fabulous dinner close by each night - once at Crab Trap (much shorter line than Crab Daddy, which was right next door, but just delicious!), once at the Bubba Garcia's, and once at Southern Soul. Yummy all around!
Just a note (not a criticism), the WiFi was spotty, so more difficult to work than planned, and the TV is basic. BUT when on the island, probably neither should be a factor!

Thanks Debbie!!! I apologize about the WIFI but Comcast can be really spotty on the island sometimes:) So glad you and your family had a wonderful trip. There are so many great restaurants on the island it is hard to do all of them in one trip. It just means you need to come back again next year!! Would love to have you return!
It was a very nice property. Lovely decor. Felt like home.
There was plenty of space for the 6 people that was staying in the condo. Only thing that we had any problem with was twin bed wasn't quite long enough for our tall daughter. The elevator was fantastic for transporting our luggage from the garage to the third floor. Very nice to have a place to park vehicles out of the heat too. Would come back and stay again.

The condo is very well stocked and having beach towels to use saved room in the suitcase. It is very quiet and peaceful. Having a garage to park in coming off the beach during an afternoon rain is great!

A GREAT place to stay! Perfectly, comfortably decorated.
Friends and I took our 4 teenaged boys on a weekend away for a mom/son weekend. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. We had 3 adults and 4 boys and plenty of room!!! The condo was in a perfect location as well. Boys could fish at the pier, hit the beach or bike around town and there was a pool to cool off in. Dawn had a great list of places to eat and other good tips. We had a wonderful time and made great memories. Thanks!

We are centrally located to the Beach (4 tenths of a mile) and the Village (7 tenths of a mile). The closest beach is at the King & Prince Resort. Also, we are a 10 minute walk to many popular restaurants including the Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's, Decoy, Beachcomber's & Echo!!! Bike riding is a must on the island and while we don't provide bikes, you can rent them at Ocean Motion located a very short walk away as you head to the beach!

If renter cancels 90 days prior to the arrival date, the complete payment will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee. If renter cancels less than 90 days prior to the arrival date, the cleaning fees and sales & occupancy taxes will be refunded but the renter will forfeit the entire rental payment and security deposit.
