We purchased this beautiful condo in March of 2014 and it came beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! It is located 5 blocks to beach access at the King and Prince Resort and one mile from the quaint village at the pier. This condo has a lot of room with 3BR/2.5 baths, open living and dining area. It has high speed WiFi, TV's in each bedroom and the living area. Porches on back and front, 2 car garage and the best part, an elevator for transporting your luggage & groceries. And it's across from the pool!!!

About Dawn Schlich

My husband and I have been coming to St. Simons Island for over 20 years. We love it so much we are moving from fast paced Atlanta to friendly SSI in 2016. It truly is a magical island and our little slice of paradise. We were very excited to purchase this beautiful condo in the best location on the island, the South side! We absolutely love the friendliness of the island. We can't get there fast enough. We are thrilled we can share it with other's.

Why Dawn Schlich chose Coastal

This condo is so close to everything! We don't need a car except to go to the grocery store. We are both avid bike riders and St. Simons is very bike friendly. You could ride for hours on end. The condo is close to both the beach and the Village. You can also walk to many popular restaurants. The location is ideal and we were so fortunate to purchase in this complex. The setting is so tranquil and beautifully landscaped. We think you will feel the same way.

We chose this condo because of the location! It is across from the pool, has an elevator and a 2 car garage, which is not easy to find!

Notes:
This well appointed, tastefully decorated condo is a vacationer's paradise. From the comfortable furnishings to the lovely porches on both the front and back it makes relaxing so easy!!! The elevator makes unpacking the car so convenient. It stops on each floor in the condo which is really helpful for unloading groceries as well! Being across from the pool is a real perk as well as having an underground 2 car garage. It just can't get more convenient. Once you stay here you will want to come back over and over again.

A GREAT place to stay! Perfectly, comfortably decorated.

Friends and I took our 4 teenaged boys on a weekend away for a mom/son weekend. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. We had 3 adults and 4 boys and plenty of room!!! The condo was in a perfect location as well. Boys could fish at the pier, hit the beach or bike around town and there was a pool to cool off in. Dawn had a great list of places to eat and other good tips. We had a wonderful time and made great memories. Thanks!

demere landing

We enjoyed very much our almost 3 month stay in Demere Landing.We found the condo to be well furnished and equipped.We found our neighbors to be very friendly and the complex to be very well maintained.The owners were very friendly and helpful with any of our immediate needs and it is important they are residents of SSI and live nearby.This was our 8th season in Saint Simons Island and,needless to say, we love it, and are returning next year to Demere Landing. We certainly would highly recommend this property as a rental

Great Condo!

The condo is extremely well decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding are provided. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy for us to have a wonderful Christmas dinner there! Location is great!

Great place!

We've stayed at many places in SSI over the years but this is one of the nicest. Quiet community. Well appointed condo. Close to everything (including the pool!). Clean and spacious. The elevator is nice help since it is three stories!

Beautiful St. Simons, Beautiful Home!

This condo was fabulous, and the owners made it even better! They were so prompt in answering all my questions and provided friendly customer service. We felt like we were at home away from home. Everything we could possibly need was provided, and condo very clean and well maintained. Great location convenient to everything, we will certainly be staying again! We are centrally located to the Beach (4 tenths of a mile) and the Village (7 tenths of a mile). The closest beach is at the King & Prince Resort. Also, we are a 10 minute walk to many popular restaurants including the Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's, Decoy, Beachcomber's & Echo!!! Bike riding is a must on the island and while we don't provide bikes, you can rent them at Ocean Motion located a very short walk away as you head to the beach!
