The main home offers 2800 square feet, 4-well-appointed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, provides an open family floor plan with great attention to detail throughout. Ground Floor: The great room provides plush and comfortable furnishings with a new 65 inch flat screen as well as Sonos system. Steps away sits a lovely and spacious screened-in porch with cozy chairs overlooking Port Washington State Park; the ideal backdrop for which to unwind and relax after a fun filled day at the beach. Amazing house!

We loved this house and its quiet location at the back of the Watercolor neighborhood. It was a convenient distance to pools and a really easy hop to the grocery store. Lots of driveway space for parking and seating space in the main areas. We loved the house layout and it was great for kids. When we were there the dryer wasn't working well and took forever to dry loads and there was a raccoon that was tearing into the trash every day. Those would really be my only cons to the home! Definitely would consider staying here again!

Watercolor visit

Absolutely wonderful home for a family vacation!! Our family of 10 adults & 2 children felt so comfortable & the home beautifully spacious & well appointed. We enjoyed family dinners around one large table - a plus! Home could use a 2nd fridge or cooler for beverages. Very responsive to couple minor maint issues! We would definitely rent this property again.

A lovely home

Although familiar with Watercolor, this was our first time renting a home. We enjoyed it with 4 adults and 5 teenagers and it was very spacious and all the beds, sofas, etc. were very comfortable. My son had his 16th birthday while we were there and I couldn't believe that the kitchen had everything I needed to make a cake! The oven was perfectly calibrated too! We especially loved the spacious kitchen and the decorating was so tasteful. Being close to the pool was a plus, too.

Just a couple minor negatives: While we loved having the bikes available, most were not working properly...loose seats, etc. Also, the house advertises that it sleeps 13. Be careful when booking as this includes 2 on a pull out couch and three on a bunk bed. For younger kids this might be ok, but for teenagers(esp. teenage boys), it proves to be a challenge.

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need and the bikes were a great plus. We have stayed in a number of watercolor properties, but this one was probably the best. Being close to the frog pool was also a huge plus with our small children.

WaterColor Florida is a beach town with refined tastes. Lush landscaping and elaborate pocket parks blend seamlessly with Northwest Florida’s natural scrub oak and palmetto. WaterColor Fl. borders the Gulf of Mexico and Western Lake, South Walton������s largest coastal dune lake.

When designing the community of WaterColor, care was taken to preserve the health and natural beauty of Western Lake. Instead of immediately bordering the lake, lake-front homes in WaterColor view this rare natural wonder through groves of tall pine and scrub oak groves.

Gravel nature trails twist and wind through these woods providing a way for neighbors to connect for a morning walk or bike ride. Elaborate foot bridges criss-cross Western Lake and lead to simple docks and peaceful structures that are the perfect spot for a midday picnic or a moment of quiet reflection.
