Nicolas en zijn vrouw hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het appartement ligt dichtbij het strand en boulevard. Ideaal om er even uit te kunnen. Het complex heeft een fijn zwembad. De mensen op het complex zijn vriendelijk. Pobla de Farnals is nog een typische Spaanse badplaats waar voornamelijk Spanjaarden hun vakantie vieren. Begin augustus zijn er veel festiviteiten.

Vacaciones tranquilas en la Playa de la Puebla de Farnals

Era lo que queríamos, suficiente cerca de Valencia para ir y volver y conocer muchos sitios. Y muy cerca de la playa para disfrutar en un pueblo tranquilo con turismo familiar. La piscina y la pista de tenis muy bien. El apto tiene todo lo publicado, aire acondicionado y además muy bien con el calentador a butano, no es eléctrico. En general, todo genial!!!

Buen lugar para ir de vacaciones

Todo correcto, Nicolas nos recibió a la llegada y nos puso todo alcance. El piso muy bien situado, limpio y con aire acondicionado, y la urbanización muy tranquila y familiar. El piso contaba con todo tipo de menaje, y ropa de hogar, y productos de limpieza. Recomendable, si volvemos a la zona no dudaremos donde hospedarnos

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Todo muy cerca, la playa, el supermercado, Valencia. La piscina la hemos aprovechado poco porque no hemos parado, hay un montón de excursiones apetecibles para hacer. Ibamos con dos niños de 8 años y han disfrutado muchisimo. La casa muy completa y, si lo llego a saber, no nos vamos cargados con sombrilla, sillas y tabla para la playa, ja, ja. Nicolas y su familia encantadores. Un apartamento altamente recomendable, te quedas con ganas de repetir.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseils . Excellente semaine passée en famille avec 1 enfant. Appartement très bien adapté avec salon/ coin cuisine séparé et 2 chambres distinctes ; Les espaces extérieurs de la résidence sont propres et soignés. On accède facilement à la plage en quelques minutes à pied. Très bon emplacement pour visiter valence et ses environs avec une voiture.

El apartamento está bien, pequeño pero limpio y decorado con estilo moderno. La cocina, bien equipada en cuanto a menaje. Las literas para los niños, perfectas, y la cama de matrimonio también bien. Lo mejor, la distancia a la playa y a la zona de ocio (muy cerca y perfecto para olvidarse del coche); además, la playa es estupenda. Los peros: el colchón del sofá-cama es papel de fumar (se te clavan todos los hierros del sofá); la nevera enfría muy poquito (tuvimos que tirar comida no caducada); el aire acondicionado, un poco escaso el tener un único aparato para todo el apartamento; y lo peor de todo, el complejo (la urbanización). Se te cae el alma a los pies nada más entrar y verlo. De los más antiguos de la zona. Curioso que en la foto de portada que nos aporta el propietario haya una foto de la urbanización de al lado, donde se ve el césped y su piscina; por supuesto, en el complejo en el que realmente está el apartamento no esperéis césped por ningún sitio. Es sólo baldosa y además los sitios de paso están casi constamente ocupados por los propietarios de los bajos.

Appartement agréable pour 4 personnes, en très bon état, de bonne fonctionnalité et climatisé. Accueil agréable des propriétaires qui, en moitié de séjour, ont appelé pour savoir si tout allait bien. Appartement à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et proximité (à pied) de commerces dont une supérette. Adresse à conserver. Bonne continuation !

Limpio, cómodo, en buen estado y equipado con todo. Tan solo tendrás que llevar la comida. Resulta acogedor y enseguida te encuentras como en tu casa. Los dueños amables y atentos, repetiremos. En los alrededores tienes de todo, supermercados, restaurantes, tiendecitas, etc. La playa a un paso y la ciudad de Valencia cerca si vas en coche.

Appartement très bien équipé aussi bien à l'intérieur ( 2 chambres, air conditionné), que dans la résidence (ascenseur, piscine, place de parking) et très bien situé (près de la plage et d'un supermarché). Valence facilement accessible en voiture, en bus et en métro. Propriétaires très sympathiques.
