Floor to ceiling completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom plus bunk custom townhome sitting directly on the white sands of Panama City Beach located on the attractive West End.

Our home is casually and comfortably furnished and decorated. The main floor features an open floor plan with a coastal inviting living area, dining and eat-in kitchen. The 2nd master and guest bath are also on the main floor. Townhome features a beautiful tongue and groove pine ceiling throughout with amazing views from 2 private balcony's. Oversized master suite with separate sitting area and desk with private balcony is perfect for morning coffee, reading and enjoying the water views and sunsets. Luxurious master bath with double sinks and dual showerheads. Enjoy the convenience and security of your own private garage with private entrance. Kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, plus everything you need to cook in and enjoy the beach including dishes and flatware for 12. Flat screen TV's (5) in every room including 1 for each bunk. HDTV/Netflix in master suite and family room. 75 mbps high peed wireless internet. Washer and Dryer.

The swimming pool is private for homeowners and guests and is accessible from boardwalk located directly off the balcony.

To enhance your vacation experience, homeowner provides plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beachside games, sand toys, kayaks and bikes.

The Shores is conveniently located to amenities and activities. There is a Publix grocery store and CVS pharmacy with in a quarter mile. Pier Park is a 5 minute drive to the East where you will find excellent shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, night clubs, a 16 theater cinema and amusement park for children. Just a few minutes drive to the west is popular 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach. Here you can rent bikes to cruise the scenic 30-A bike trail, enjoy a casual lunch on the patio of Wild Olive or Georges or partake in one of the several first class restaurants known for fine dining.

There are five public golf courses within a 30 minute drive. Camp Creek is arguably the nicest of the group. The two courses at Bay Point are also highly regarded, as are the 27 holes at The Hombre. Signal Hill is a forgiving open course that is a good value and not as challenging. Holiday Club is rated somewhere between Signal Hill and The Hombre.

About Donna Son

My husband and I live in Tallahassee, FL and have been traveling to the beautiful beaches of Panama City for several years. It has always been our dream to purchase a home on the beautiful white sands of Panama City to enjoy and share with family and friends. The West End is very convenient to 30A and Destin, but doesn't have the large crowds the other areas have. The first thing we did when we purchased our home was to totally demo the property and rebuild it for design and comfort. We also added several amenities we would look for in a property including plenty of beach chairs, beach games, kayaks and bikes. We try to get down as much as possible and enjoy sharing our home with our discerning guests.

Our favorite place

This is our third time staying at Donna's home. I can't express how much I love it here. First, the place looks like something out of a magazine and she thought of every detail you can imagine to make it feel like home. The beds are heaven. Love that we are steps from the ocean. We love the location because we are close to Rosemary, 30a and PCB. It is also nice and quiet on this end. Thank you for a little piece of heaven here on earth!

Nicely remodeled, super convenient for beach lovers. Private garage on the level of the boardwalk in front of the unit makes beach access with beach chairs super easy. Unit is well appointed and thought out. Owner was accommodating and quick to respond. Would come here again.

Let go of stress in beautiful townhome with great location.

Loved my stay at the Son's townhome. It was beautifully decorated (as shown) and comfortable. Enjoyed the location away from the high-rise condos. The balconies were nicely furnished for eating, or just spending time under an umbrella watching the waves. Beach is just steps away from the back door. Having the secure garage is a big plus. Close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely keep this one at the top of the list for next time. Thanks!

A beautifully appointed home. Cosy, bright & cheerful. We had everything we needed to have a lovely vacation. The owner, Donna, was kind, accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We have vacationed in PCB for years and this home has been the best. We will definitely contact Donna again for future visits!

Great, quiet location close to all of the necessities! Very CLEAN!

We really enjoyed our stay in this townhome. Kudos to the cleaning staff because it was one of the cleanest ones we have ever stayed in. And we are very picky about that. It is within 5 miles of Pier Park and there are plenty of grocery outlets within half a mile. This location allows for a quiet beach away from the nightlife. The upstairs twin beds built into the wall cavity is a perfect idea. Each one of the kids had their own overhead lamp and a flat screen mounted directly in front of their beds. Our kids are 15 and 16 years old and they loved this idea. The master suite is very large and overlooks the upstairs balcony area. The decor is definitely updated and modernized. The only reason I did not give this place five stars was due to the exterior. The grill needs some TLC along with the outdoor furniture. And the patio is a bit small, ok for 3 or 4 people at a time. Otherwise, we had a great time! Communication with the owners was flawless.

It's challenging when we rent all season to make sure everything is in good working order and we rely on renter feedback..
