Enjoy stunning gulf views and the soothing sound of waves from our 2nd and 3rd-floor balconies. Located on Beachside Drive, we’re as close to the beach as you can get without being right on the sand—less than 50 steps to the nearest dune walkover and the soft, white sugary sand, just two houses away! The exterior has been completely updated, with new decks, fresh interior paint, and beautifully refinished hardwood floors throughout.

First floor living features an open family room with easy access to a spacious front porch and outdoor seating. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences of home, while the dining area comfortably seats eight, with extra spots at the breakfast bar. The family room is outfitted with a big screen Roku TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Blu-Ray player with a video library.

The first-floor guest bedroom offers a comfortable ensuite with a queen bed, a full bathroom featuring a stand-up shower, and convenient amenities like a closet, ceiling fan, and Roku TV. Ideal for parents, grandparents, or in-laws, it provides easy access without the need to climb stairs.

The second-floor primary suite features a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a large balcony offering gulf views and outdoor seating, and a primary bath with a stand-up shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. Additional amenities include a ceiling fan, closet, and Roku TV.

The second-floor guest bedroom is the third ensuite, featuring a cozy queen bed and a charming window seat area. It includes a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination, a private balcony with a patio set overlooking the rear of the property, and convenient amenities like a closet, ceiling fan, and Roku TV.

Located on the third floor of the tower/crow's nest, this space features two twin beds and a ceiling fan. The balcony offers a nearly 360-degree panoramic view of Carillon, complete with four Adirondack chairs perfect for enjoying the evening sunset.

The backyard features a raised deck with a pergola, complete with a patio table and chairs for relaxing in the shade. Enjoy cooking out on either the Weber propane grill or the charcoal grill and dine alfresco with family and friends. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water offers convenience after a day at the beach, while a storage bench and closet with beach chairs and gear.

Easy Beach Access: Just steps away from the shore—no golf cart needed! You’re less than 50 steps from beach walkover #4. Enjoy 4 complimentary beach loungers with 2 umbrellas, plus daily setup and takedown service during the season (March 1 to October 31). *Please note, inclement weather may delay setup or require early takedown for safety.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles at our property. Carillon Beach Association (CBA) charges a $40 guest fee* per vehicle. Registration is required before your stay and paid directly to CBA for community access. Instructions will be sent before arrival. *Guest fee is separate from your VRBO booking!

Carillon offers a variety of nearby amenities, including 3 community pools, all within a short walk. The Beachclub Pool is 7 houses away with beachfront views. Bellview Park pool, (heated in winter), features a children’s pool, playground, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, and grassy play area—just five minutes away. Carillon Lake pool includes designated adult-only swim hours in the morning. The meeting house and chapel are equally close. Residents can enjoy “Groovin’ on the Green” outdoor music series May-Aug, weather permitting. The Carillon Village Market offers restaurants, fitness and yoga studios, beach cafe, a wine and coffee bar, rentals for bicycles, paddleboards, and kayaks, plus a spa. Grocery options like Publix, Aldi, Walmart, Target, and Fresh Market are also conveniently nearby.

PLEASE NOTE: During the Peak season (Memorial Day to mid-Aug), minimum stay is 7 nights with Saturday-to-Saturday changeover and firm check-in & check-out times. See calendar for exact dates. Sorry, no changes to check-in / check-out times during Peak season.
