Fantastic Views, lovely little apartment

This VRBO has a fantastic ocean view and is truly a lovely little apartment right on the beach with very nice pools. Also convenient to many good restaurants a grocery store and fun activities.Transportation is needed and parking is an additional cost.Owner is very quick to respond to texts and easy to work with, the apartment is spotless and well equipped. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at other condos but this one was by far our favorite! Perfect set up, perfect location and beautiful views! The bed is an extra firm bed which isnt my favorite but I understand why they have it because it will last a lot longer. We were worried about carrying all of our beach items down the long walkway to the beach. Some pictures make it look really long but honestly it wasnt bad at all.

Summer Vacay

This condo was beautiful with a great view of the ocean. Everything was just like the pictures posted and can tell it's been recently renovated. It was in a great location that was close to everything without the heavy traffic. I definitely recommend and will look to book here again on our next trip.

Perfect For A Girl's Beach Trip

This condo had everything we needed for our Annual Girl's Beach trip, beautifully decorated, awesome beach location and very clean. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and Kathy's condo was absolutely perfect. We hope to make this our permanent destination.

This place was perfect! Clean property, guard on duty in parking lot, room was right outside the elevators (never heard any noise from them), the condo was updated and beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view! Loved watching the boats come in and out of the pass each day. Property manager was easy to communicate with and the condo was exactly as described. We hope to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I'm an experienced owner and so excited to have guests enjoy my favorite place. My renovations are complete and ready to go for Summer 24--the condo is brand new from top to bottom. New kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets . All new appliances, beds and living room furniture. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Why they chose this property

Phoenix VII is close to everything including the Florabama, fine dining, boating, and the Foley Express. It is a newer property with a lovely entrance and needless to say-- the most BEAUTIFUL BEACH!!!

What makes this property unique

Sit outside on the balcony with brand new Polywood furniture and watch the dolphins play in the morning or in the evening watch the sun set with a glass of wine. It just doesn't get any better!!
