About this property

Stylish Condo In Trendy 12South

The condo is in a great neighborhood called 12South. We LOVE this neighborhood! It is so centrally located, and walking distance to amazing restaurants, trendy bars, Great shopping (clothing boutiques, home decor stores, antique stores, gift shops, etc), hair salons, grocery stores, liquor stores, drug stores. It is an easy 15-minute walk to the heart of 12South, a 20-minute walk to the hipster Belmont neighborhood, and is only about a 7-minute drive to the center of downtown. We think it is the best neighborhood in town- so much so, that we actually live about half a mile from the condo.

The condo is fully furnished with 2 bar stools, a sofa, 2 chairs, a coffee table, a queen size bed, and two bedside tables. The queen bed is a ridiculously comfortable Stearns & Foster mattress. It is a very inviting and comfortable space, and we have made it a space that we would want to live in, ourselves. And there is a fabulous patio that you are welcome to enjoy!

We both work very close by, and can be there in a flash, if you need us. Otherwise, we will leave you alone. Feel free to call if you want to ask questions (we have lots of opinions about the best restaurants, the best shops, and the most fun stuff to do…), or need anything at all.

Perfect safe location

I stayed at this property while my client was having multiple surgeries at a downtown hospital. It was an easy commute back and forth from this property. The property was very nice with a comfortable couch and bed. Great place to stay!!!!

Unbeatable location and value

My stay was perfect. I was there for an extended stay and really came to appreciate the location as a resident of this property. I also love that there is a gym, laundry(that always seemed available!) and a pool. The location can't be beat. You're a couple of blocks from 12South, which is my favorite neighborhood in Nashville, yet away from the busy, high traffic tourist scene. You can get to Belmont, Vanderbilt, Broadway-anywhere you would want to be in a matter of minutes from this location. Also, the owner is super responsive and very thoughtful and checked in just to make sure things were okay.I highly recommend it!

Great location. The unit is on the second floor right near the stairs. It’s a great location in the 12 South area and convenient to get on the highways and get around. Unit is spacious clean and with a joy to stay on

Lovely condo in a great neighborhood!

A great place to call home for the month! The condo was cute, cozy, clean and conveniently located! Meredith was very sweet, helpful and easy to reach throughout my stay. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying at the condo when in Nashville.
