Casa Flora I is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Flora I you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Flora I is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 12 km (7.5 miles) from Castiglione del Lago, where you will find restaurants, shops and the lake. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles).
Casa Flora I is located on the top floor. You will reach it from the garden going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 14 steps.
To stay at Casa Flora I you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space. Casa Flora I is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.50 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the valley, of Casal di Pari and of the Amiata Mount at a distance. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.

Patio
The patio is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room also has a window with a view of the greenery.
Family room
You will be able to enter the family room from the garden. In the family room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The two dining tables can accommodate 16 guests. From the family room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has three windows with a view of the greenery.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.  Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), as well as a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a big fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has a window with a view of the hill.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
