Ubicado en el casco antiguo típico de Puerto del Carmen, cerca del puerto pesquero, a 5 minutos de playa chica, en una zona residencial, en el segundo piso, hermoso y luminoso apartamento ubicado en un pequeño complejo, que consta de 2 habitaciones confortables, armarios empotrados Con ropa de cama incluida, aire acondicionado y ventilador.
Cocina totalmente equipada, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, nevera-congelador, vajilla, cafetera.
Cuarto de baño con ducha italiana, y tragaluz, secador de pelo, 2 baños, lavadora.
Acogedora sala de estar con 2 sofás, mesa de café, televisión, reproductor de DVD y ventilador.

Stay in Puerto del Carmen

We were all really impressed with the property clean tidy had plenty of storage space good size wardrobe and lovely views of the sea lovely balcony's each with room for sunbeds would definitely be back in a shot carol was a very good host and welcoming couldn't fault our stay excellent.

Holiday

Great location, away from the noise and quiet at night apart from the enjoyment of the sea breeze and listening to the waves! Slept great, local shops. Easy to get a taxi if you want to go into the new town for night life. Swimming pool is lovely to cool down in.

Amazing apartment with spectacular view and excellent location for local bars and harbour!

Just back from staying in this beautiful apartment- has everything you need n very spacious. Only down side is the route from reception to the apartment is sloped and a bit tricky if you're elderly however this would not stop my mum joining us again Thanks Carol

Lovely stay

Just got back from a week in Carols apartment. We are a family of 4 adults and it suited us well. Very well priced for the location. Lots of space, particularly enjoyed the 3 terraces. One of the single beds was more comfortable than the other. Would definitely go back. Thanks!

A great well set out apartment in a good location, my wife and myself have now been there twice ( that's a 1st for us ) we love the private sun beds . Please note it's on the old town side of Puerto del Carmen so it's a little hilly . Michael and Helen

The apartment was fantastic, the outside space was also great and very sheltered from the fresh breeze. WiFi was great and the apartment was spotless. We would return to this apartment again but only when all renovations are complete, so we can enjoy the pool area etc. We enjoyed our stay and had good communication with Carol the owner before, during and after our stay.

Carol informed us in advance about temporary works with noise and dust in the house scheduled in parallel to our olanned stay. She openly recommended to check, if we would like to keep the reservation or to cancel it. This.was really appreciative from her! So hopefully being her guests at our next stay.

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely clean apartment with everything we needed, great little Spa shop very close and nice bars snd restaurants in a quiet location. We was aware of the renovation work but it was noisier than anticipated due to the apartment next door being stripped, the slabbing around the poor and roadworks all at the same time. We got use to it though and would definitely stay again 😃

Stunning views

The apartment is spotlessly clean. Everything you need for a holiday. Lovely and quiet..3 Large terrace,s with stunning views..The sun loungers are lovely on one terrace a great heat trap. If you just require a base to stay then this is perfect..Places to eat and a Spar couple of minutes walk..Few minutes walk to the Harbour. Communication with Carol has been great all the way through. Good TV.plenty of British channels.. I feel this has had some bad reviews, The complex is in a state of repair but the apartment is lovely and comfortable..Would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment meet and greet would be nice

Overall this apartment was very good lots of room and everything on hand that is needed.Would have been nice to have someone show us exactly where it was but the instructions were very good.The walk to Puerto del Carmen was just over a mile and downhill going but coming back could be hard.Not suitable for people who cannot walk easily.We have young children 14 and 17 who found it easy!A car would have been good but overall if you plan your day out then it’s no problem!

Avoid at all costs.

Host was extremely rude as well as a liar. Property is in the middle of a construction site. Nothing like the listing. Can forget the swimming pool still listed in amenities also as that’s not been open for years. Stay far away. This host is a s c a m m e r

I had a two week holiday with two of my brothers, retired/semi retired.

It's our second visit to Puerto del Carmen the previous visit before Covid. The location is ideal to access the strip / Old Town and coastal path to Puerto Calero and Playa Quemada. The apartment has three balconies with panaramic views from each offering great outdoor space. The TV has every channel imaginable including Sky sports. A bit of a water supply problem but this was rectified after a quick call to Carol. The only downside was no BBQ but we will definitely return in the near future. Thanks

Nice apartment on an awful complex!

The description says there is a pool and reception. In fact the pool is empty and fenced off and the reception building derelict. As such these details on the website should be deleted. The complex resembles an abandoned building site owing to "renovation:" work ceasing due to a dispute. There are electrical wires hanging from walls and ceiling leading to the apartment and the whole frontage (facing the road) is fenced off. Shame really because the apartment suited us well!

Peaceful, spacious, lovely clean apartment

Beautiful clean, spacious penthouse apartment, with views to die for. Top class fittings and appliances throughout, with very comfortable beds. However, we were concerned with lack of information regarding emergency telephone numbers for hospital, police, fire, ambulance etc. There was also a lack of smoke alarms or fire blankets/extingiushers, which we think should be obligatory. There was no local tourist information, which did not apply to us, as we are seasoned Lanzarote visitors. Apart from these observations, we would thoroughly recommend this apartment and hope to return.

Nice Apartment with great terrace.

Apartment itself is located in a nice area only a couple of minutes from bars, restaurants and a Spar and 10/15 minutes to the harbour area. We found it clean and comfortable and it had absolutely everything you would need for a fully self- catered holiday. Terraces have nice views and are versatile in offering sun and shade with plenty of outdoor furniture. Communications with Carol were good throughout and she had a water problem sorted very quickly. She kindly allowed us a late check -out. Only temporary down side is that the passage and stairs to the apartment are not very inviting given renovation works underway at the complex. Works were taking place when we were there but they did not disturb us even when we were on the terrace. We would happily return to the apartment.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment is a home from home. Lots of little touches have been thought of, and are for your holiday pleasure. The balconies are exceptional, in condition and view. The apartment was very clean. Everything is present to have a lovely time. There is work still ongoing in the complex, and that might be a nuisance for some. However, the work is reaching quite an advanced state. Attempts are made to minimise disruption. This does mean the pool is not available at present. However, this does not detract in any way from the apartment itself. Renovation is required sometimes, and it’s never going to be convenient. To summarise, we had a really lovely 4 weeks. We will definitely look to go back next year. Carol was a joy to liaise with. We had one issue (water heater leaking badly), one call and it was replaced and working 5 hours later. You can’t fault that response. Thank you Carol.

The apartment was decent, but in the middle of a building site!

We have just returned from this property, where we stayed for one week. Although the balcony views were good and the apartment was overall of a decent level, we were let down by the environment in which we found it. What we felt was lacking was some honesty and transparency. The site is in a state of disarray, where there are some health and safety concerns, e.g. lack of lighting as you approach the top floor and lots of work still to be carried out. We did experience some electricity tripping issues and a smoke alarm which had not been checked (no battery fitted), both of which were notified to Carol. However, she was not the easiest of people to deal with - we were not informed of the renovation works when we booked this property, there was no swimming pool (as listed) and we were initially given the wrong address. After full payment was made, only then were we informed about the renovations, but no mention that there were no facilities. The site looked more like a demolition job than a renovation project and we were later made aware by some local residents that the work had been left for some time, due to an ongoing dispute. We also requested a slightly later checking out time, which was initially approved, but then on the morning of our departure we were greeted by the cleaner at 9.45am, after which Carol then telephoned saying: "you need to leave my apartment now". She was very discourteous and even called us a liar at one point, when we tried to explain about the slightly later check out, which she had earlier confirmed in an e mail. She later apologised for the misunderstanding. Overall, this is not an area we would return to, in its current state.

No reservar

Toda la urbanización en obras no es lo que aparece en las fotos, nosotros tuvimos que buscarnos otro sitio e irnos de allí el mismo día , y aún así nos cobro la dueña un día, es una sinvergüenza , llegamos cn toda la compra para la semana hecha y la llave estaba en un cajetín donde mediante un código se debería abrir y ya tenías acceso a la llave, dicho cajetín no se pudo abrir y la solución fue romper dicha caja....la propietaria no nos cojia el teléfono ...prácticamente toda la compra descongelada

Nous avons passé 17 nuits en juillet 2025. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé pour passer un séjour agréable. La vue est incroyable et le calme appréciable. La résidence est entièrement rénovée et la piscine nettoyée tous les jours.La communication avec la propriétaire a été parfaite. Vous pouvez vous garer facilement et gratuitement devant la résidence. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

2 Monate auf der Baustelle

Zusammen mit meiner Frau habe ich jetzt 2 Monate in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Leider war der Aufenthalt nicht so erfreulich wie wir gehofft hatten. Die gesamte Wohnanlage (ca. 80. Wohnungen)wird von Grund auf saniert. Es verging kein Tag, am dem wir nicht mit dem Geräusch von Presslufthammer,Fliesenschneider oder Bohrmaschine geweckt wurden. Es wurden Wände eingeschlagen und Toilettenbecken rausgebrochen. Von 8 Uhr morgens bis 17 Uhr abends war Lärm und Dreck angesagt. Der gesamte Komplex gleicht einer Baustelle. Es gibt keine heilen Treppen, keine Geländer und keine Beleuchtung in den Gängen. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es keine Rezeption und auch keine Klimaanlage. Nur 2 Ventilatoren sind vorhanden. Da der Zustand der Anlage seit mindestens 2020 bekannt ist, finde ich es schon sehr unverschämt dies dem Mieter nicht im voraus mitzuteilen. Da die Fertigstellung der Bauarbeiten erst für den Februar geplant ist kann ich zukünftige Mieter nur warnen. Es ist mir auch unverständlich wie man mit einer Klimaanlage werben kann die es nicht gibt. Wenn die Anlage fertig saniert ist und eine Klimaanlage eingebaut wird, dann entspricht alles andere der Beschreibung. So wie es jetzt ist, konnte bei mir keine Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen.

Calme et confortable

Nous avons passé 10 jours superbes sur cette île et cet appartement y a contribué. Son emplacement permet d’accéder rapidement aux grands axes routiers tout en étant dans un quartier calme et rapidement au centre ville à pied. L’appartement est propre et confortable et les trois terrasses ont une très jolie vue. Nous recommandons avec en plus un excellent rapport qualité/prix,
