Ce magnifique bungalow est situé très près de la magnifique Playa Flamingo.
Il se trouve dans un emplacement privilégié très proche de la plage et du centre de divertissement Punto Limones avec ses nombreux bars, restaurants et supermarchés. Faites une excursion sur un bateau à fond de verre jusqu'à la plage de Papagayo et essayez la plongée en apnée dans les eaux cristallines. Ou prenez le ferry pour Fuerteventura et visitez l'incroyable Parque Natural de las Dunas. Ou si vous souhaitez louer une voiture, vous pouvez explorer les nombreux joyaux de Lanzarote. Si vous choisissez ce bungalow vous ne serez pas déçu.

The main reason for choosing this bungalow was its location in Playa Blanca. I've stayed in this area a few times and know the bars, restaurants and shops. It's only a 5 minute walk from the sea whilst the residents' swimming pool at Jardin del Sol is also available to use as part of the rental.Regarding the bungalow itself, I felt that it was very well equipped (the kitchen specifically) and I was impressed with the TV streaming service which offered channels from all over Europe including the UK and Ireland. The patio area at the front faces south west and gets the sunshine from around 9am until 5pm. It was pleasantly warm during my 11 night stay in December.I had no problem communicating with my host Gabriele who responded promptly to my messages. The check in process was straightforward whilst access details and maps required to locate the property were provided in advance.Overall, the bungalow met all my needs and I felt that it offered good value for money. It was my first ever private rental and I would certainly consider staying here again.

Great place

Lovely bungalow, very clean and tidy, great location for the beach/shops/restaurants/bars/bus routes. Large comfy bed, sofa bed in the lounge, south facing terrace with chairs table and sunbeds. Tidy small kitchen well equipped. Fast internet and smart tv. Will definitely come again.

Great Cosy Property Near the Beach

Very close to Playa Flamingo (one of the best beaches in Playa Blanca). All you might need: a good kitchen, a patio and a comfortable sofa. It was just me on this holiday and it worked very well but would also suit a couple. Recommended.

Cosy bungalow in super location

Super little bungalow ideal for a couple, with everything you need for self catering. Big comfy bed, great shower, ideal having a separate freezer in addition to the fridge and a sunny patio with all the equipment you need... and so peaceful. Just returned from a lovely 3 week stay and could have happily stayed for another 3. Big thankyou to Gabriele for making everything so easy, with great communication - a very thoughtful host.

Review

This was our second stay at the property, it is ideally located in a quiet area near beach and shops and a short walk into the centre. Gabrielle kept us fully informed and accommodated our early arrival. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. The only updating required we could comment on would be the fridge a little past its best other than that it’s a first class choice .

Fantastic bungalow

We stayed for 2 weeks at the bungalow and had a great relaxing holiday. The property was exactly as described on the listing. It is located in a beautiful place and it is very quiet. There is plenty of room to sun bathe at the front of the property and there is a swimming pool no more than 20 metres away. All shops/bars etc are within walking distance. There are a few great beaches close by also. The communication from Gabriele was excellent and we would recommend this property to family and friends. We would really love to return.

Excellent! :)

Very conveniently located for what we needed the week we were there. The amenities were in good condition, and a nice variety of towels, bedding, and cleaning equipment. We also made good use of the TV. There were some ants when we moved in, but it didn't get in the way of our experience. Gabriel was an excellent host, and quick to respond and help us when needed. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway

This is a lovely property that is exactly as represented in the listing. It is exceptionally well located for the beach, promenade, shops and bars, while still being very quiet. Careful thought has gone into the property - the bed and sofa are very comfortable, and the kitchen is compact but well stocked with pots, pans, knives and crockery. I particularly appreciated the separate freezer, especially since there was also a set of Tupperware tubs (perfect for the single visitor to avoid waste by freezing leftovers for later). Communication with the owner was excellent. Instructions for finding the property and checking in were easy to follow, and when there was a problem with the water supply (a one-off issue that temporarily affected a large area of housing for a morning), she was able to provide me with information about what was happening immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Satisfied Customer

I was staying here for 3 months in total. The property was very clean when I arrived, and the owner was very helpful in communicating the check in process. There were very few issues during my long stay, and those that popped up were resolved very quickly and so didn’t impact my stay at all. The property manager was exceptionally friendly, and provided amazing customer service during my stay. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend staying here. I will be staying here again in the future!

Simple accommodation for a nice stay

Overall, great for a simple holiday. The accommodation had some great attributes including; washing machine, sky t.v with english channels, washing line with pegs, fully stocked kitchen equipment and powerful shower, iron and safety deposit box as standard ( no additional charges. ) Accessing accommodation was easy, with clear instructions given ahead of arrival. And communicatin with Gabriele was easy via the vrbo app. On arrival the bungalow was clean and presentable. Modern tv. So could screen share and had access to netflix etc. Location: very close to playa flamingo beach and an easy walk to playa blanca beach. Bus services are also very close with access to places like papagayo and port del carmen. There were a few bugs locally, so would recommend not leaving crumbs around and mopping after showers and keeping doors closed. At night the property can be very humid but fans and a dehumidifier is available. There were some cleaning products available including washing powder. But I'm not sure if these are usually supplied or left over from previous guests. My partner felt that the bed linens were a little itchy and dated. ( although i didnt have a problem with them). All in all, for well priced good located accommodation. This is the place to stay if you are accustom to self catering. If you need cleaning services etc. self-catering is not for you. Thank you. Dear Hayley, thank you for your nice review.As you said the bungalow is equipped with everything you need to live independently.it's normal that sometimes there is humidity at night. We are on an island in the middle of the Atlantic and that's why we have equipped the bungalow with dehumidifiers and fans that can be used if necessary. We normally leave available to guest the detergents for cleaning the house. Our linen, as well as being sanitised each time, is replaced periodically. Again, thank you.You will always be welcome when you decide to return to Playa Blanca.

je n'ai pas aimé l'emplacement de cette location

J'ai été très gênée par le ronronnement des ferrys, jour et nuit (un ferry reste à quai toute la nuit avec un groupe électrogène). J'ai aussi été très gênée par la pollution au diesel mal brulé qu'entraine la proximité avec le port de ferrys (les vents dominants amènent cette pollution vers la location). Sinon les matelas sont bons, le linge de maison est bien. J'ai adoré Lanzarote. Mais je n'ai pas du tout apprécié l'emplacement de cette location alors que l'annonce vante 'excellent emplacement'.

Cher client, je dois dire que je trouve votre jugement très peu généreux, car les choses que vous dites sont la première fois qu'elles se produisent. Le bungalow est situé dans un endroit très calme et très proche de tous les services et cela se réfère à la description du bungalow.Si, comme vous le dites, vous avez eu cet inconfort, je suis vraiment désolé, mais croyez-moi, je n'ai jamais entendu de tels commentaires pour les maisons et les des hôtels beaucoup plus proches du port et surtout un fait exceptionnel qu'il n'était pas possible de prévoir. Top Aufenthalt in Top Lage

Schöner kleiner Bungalow mit allem was man braucht, sauber und gepflegt. Großzügige Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit sich zu sonnen und auch am Abend gemütlich am Tisch zu verweilen. Der Strand ist in 5 Min erreichbar, der Pool direkt auf der anderen Seite. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, hervorzuheben ist auch die super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Schoene Playa Blanca

Wir waren in Playa Blanca von 23.11.21 bis 07.12.21. Das Wetter war schoen: Lueft temperature 21-22C, Wassertemperatur 20-21C. Wir baden und fahren Rad jeden tag (schoenes Strand Playa Flamingo sehr nah, Fahrradverleih um die Ecke). Der Bungalow ist sehr bequem, sauber und gut geschnitten: Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Kueche. Dazu schoene Terrase und Garten mit Palmen und Kaktussen. Die Lage ist hervorragend: zental, aber sehr ruhig. Unsere Gastgeber Gabriele (in Internet) und Russell (for ort) haben uns sehr geholfen, die Reise zu organisieren und zu geniesen. Vielen dank. Hoffen noch mal kommen.

October Stay

Good communication with owner. Great to have stayed in Playa Blanca again. We felt the property needed some tender loving care even though property advertised as recently refurbished to high standard. Cupboard handles rusted, curtains and sunbed cushions stained and dirty. Kitchen cupboard covered in spilt oil. Although we had a good stay as the property is very well located a bit of a disappointment.

Dear John, thank you for your feedback. I must admit, though, that I am a little disappointed in what you’ve written because when I asked you how your stay was going, you said that everything was fine. As I clearly explained to you just before your arrival, the refurnishing consisted dehumidifier, in new chairs, new sunbeds, and an additional freezer, with fast internet and full package TV for free. I disagree on the dirty curtains; they may have had some small spots that can’t be wiped at the bottom, but along with the cushions they have been sanitized by our staff just before your arrival. As far as the kitchen cupboard is concerned, it was left clean so the leak must have been caused by a defective bottle left at your disposal.
