Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is on the 10th floor and located near the Gulf State Park and new fishing/walking pier. The balcony is one of few in this building that is oversized and has new, comfortable patio furniture. Watch the dolphins in the mornings and beautiful sunsets in the evening.

This condo is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing, fun vacation. It is decorated with a beach theme. There is a king-size master bedroom with private bath, and a queen sized bed with private bath. The sleeper sofa is in the living room. The kitchen is also fully equipped and washer/dryer is in the utility room.

The property also has heated indoor/outdoor pool with whirlpool hot tub and deck. There is a Fitness Room on the second floor. You can look at the beach while on the treadmill and other fitness machines. The private beach is just a few steps away and has year round lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent.

About Ray and Teal Haven

Ray and Teal live in Ooltewah, TN, it is 2 miles from the Chattanooga city limits. We have lived in our home for 22 years and enjoy being close to the Chickamauga Lake. We have a wonderful cleaning/maintenance couple that live in Gulf Shores that are available for any needs our guests have.

Why Ray and Teal Haven chose Alabama

We have vacationed in most areas of Florida, South Carolina and Alabama. For many years we returned to the Keys, St.Augustine, Tampa, Destin, Panama City, ect. We started going to Gulf Shores about 8 years ago and fell in love with the area. We knew that this was the place we wanted to return to year after year.

What makes this condo unique

When we first entered this 10th floor condo, we fell in love with it. The balcony was probably the selling point. It was one of the largest balconies overlooking the Gulf that we have ever stayed in. We furnished it with Hampton Bay table and chairs, plus two chaise lounges. When we cooked in the kitchen, we still had a beautiful view of the ocean. The privacy of this condo is very unique. You are not surrounded by high rises and when you look to the left, nothing but State Park. The Security staff are always available to help our guests and closely monitor the property.

We had a great time staying here for 4 weeks. The condo is well equipped with all items needed. The oversized balcony was used daily for morning coffee and evening card games. The view was amazing, we often spotted dolphins swimming by. The beach was uncrowded and clean. We used the indoor pool and hot tub frequently. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Numerous golf courses were near by. Owners Teal and Ray were easy to work with . We would definitely stay here again.

For the 6th year in a row my family and I have rented from Teal and Ray. The condo is excellent, the view of the gulf is unbelievable. Gulf Shores is a great place to vacation, not too big or small. The beach is awesome. They don't call it sugar sand for nothing. Great places to eat, I recommend The Oyster House, Papa Rocco's, and, of course, Lamberts Cafe in Foley.The pools are well cared for as well as the entire property. We always visit the pier.
