Why Sarah Enright chose Ballina
The name of the house is Serene Place and this explains it all in two words. it is so peaceful and quiet with stunning views from all areas of the house with spectacular sunsets over the mountains on a sunny evening from the tv room. What makes Serene View so unique is that you are only 500m stroll from the village so no need for a taxi if you decide to have that extra glass of wine in the many pubs and restaurants that provide fantastic entertainment from life bands to trad sessions in Liam o Riains on a Tuesday night to irish dancing sessions on a wednesday night in the Anchor.

House in wonderful location. Large enough for our nine tenants. All required amenities are functional. Clean with necessary daily supplies. Pipes in upstairs bathroom water hammering but not affecting water flow
Beautiful home in a delightful area.
Worked very well and fit our needs
A beautiful stay in Ballina/Killaloe
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. John was an excellent host. The house is fully equipped. It’s layout is great and very suitable for families and/or couples. A great location. A really pretty and homely house. We had as much fun hanging around the house as we did touring the fabulous Limerick/Clare/Tipp tourist destinations. Added bonus we got to use the Lakeside swimming pool as they know the owners. I would recommend this lovely house to stay in. We really had a lovely time .... thank you John
We were delighted with this rental. The home was as pictured, but the pictures do not do justice to how lovely the house and surroundings are. The area is beautiful and was a highlight of our trip to Ireland. It was a pleasure to meet our host.
I hope your trip to Ireland was memorable and you are more than welcome back to our home anytime.
The house was perfect for all our needs particularly those of my Mum aged 85 years with limited mobility. The downstairs bedroom with little cloakroom close by suited her perfectly. She was also aware I was close-by in the master bedroom next door.
So altogether home from home.
Thank you Sarah & John :)
House was great. Wonderful stay awesome owners.
Situated on the banks of the River Shannon, Killaloe is well known as the birthplace of Brian Boru (c. 941 - 1014), and High King of Ireland,(1002 - 1014). While Brian was High King, he ruled from Killaloe making it the "Capital of Ireland."
The towns of Killaloe and Ballina are amongst Ireland's most picturesque attractions and are linked by a 13 arch bridge, which links not only the two towns, but also the counties of Clare and Tipperary.
St. Flannan's Cathedral, unique for its stone carving inscriptions is in Killaloe, while both villages host restaurants, galleries, pubs, and shops as well as a Sunday Farmers Market.
Killaloe/Ballina have all the amenities that you would expect to find in an Irish village, with a range of boutiques, health and wellness centres, historical sites, and a choice of superb hotels, B&B's and self-catering accommodations.
Shannon Airport is easily accessible and only a 40 minute drive away to our communities.
