The Lakehouse', situated on the shores of Ireland's third largest inland lake - Lough Derg.
Constructed in 2020 this contemporary new dwelling sits on over 1 acre of lakeshore. The simple aesthetic of whites, woods and concrete floor make this an incredibly calming environment to be in.
The dwelling consists of 4 bedrooms including a spectacular master bedroom. Wake up to a full panorama of the lake with floor to ceiling windows and enjoy your morning coffee on a swing chair out on the deck. Also includes a huge WIW and unrivalled views from the ensuite bathroom.
With private swimming area, jetty and boathouse you can enjoy the wonders of the lake up close.
A breathtaking open plan area consisting of super modern fully kitted-out kitchen, living and dining areas leads on to 14 meters of covered decking where you can cook on the top of the range Beefeater BBQ. Living room consists of 3 huge and cosy sofas, a double-sided gas fire and 65" wall mounted tv.
Double-sided fireplace also services the entrance room - a gorgeous welcoming nook as you are welcomed into the home. The perfect space to read a book or the Sunday newspapers in!
While away the hours down by the firepit, right on the shore, surrounded by nature's beauty. watch out for shooting stars and the most spectacular moon and sunrises you are likely to see!
Nestled outside a quiet and sleepy village, you can still find a great coffee/breakfast/dinner in Mountshannon, a mere ten minute drive away. Or venture further on to Killaoe/Ballina - a thriving lakeside town with stunning scenery and many places to choose from that are a culinary delight.
