studio (36 sq m) with full kitchen, double bed, bathroom with shower and possibility of adding a single bed. Suitable for the intimacy of the couple or for families with children. On the back there is a large park with a 6 x 12 lighted swimming pool with solarium, gazebo, volleyball, terraces with gazebo, tables and chairs, in the green of centuries-old trees, in a private property facing the lake ... We are 5 km from Sansepolcro, restaurants, supermarkets and places to visit ...

Es waren traumhafte Tage. So extrem ruhig ..... Richtig entspannend. Alles da zur Selbstversorgung an Küchenutensilien. Alles sehr sauber. Der Besitzer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir fahren nächstes Jahr wieder hin ..... Aber länger. Sehr empfehlenswert
