UPDATE: This unit features a queen plus size comfort sleeper living room sofa bed. This luxurious sleeper sofa has solid platforms that provide even support with no bars, no springs, and no sagging and features a full 80" length of sleeping surface. Our sleeper sofa is more comfortable, longer, and 6" wider than the standard Honua Kai sofa bed. So now all our guests, regardless of where they sleep, can rest comfortably.
UPDATE Apr 2018: This unit now features Fiber 300 fast internet at up to 300MB speed. Up to 10x faster than previous and most other Honua Kai units.
ABOUT THIS UNIT. Located on the GROUND floor in the interior courtyard of the Konea tower at Honua Kai Resort & Spa is this two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom luxury condo. This unit is one of only a handful of ground floor units at Honua Kai with a partial ocean view and is located very close to the pools and beach. Just walk out of the lanai to enjoy! (please see our room layout photo for the location of our condo).
Our condo, Honua Kai Unit # Konea 103 is a super clean, large 1315 square foot (plus 700 sq ft Lanai/Garden) GROUND FLOOR hotel condominium. Honua Kai condo's and the resort offers many wonderful modern amenities. And just when you could not ask for more, many extra personal touches from a proud owner are visible in the condo such as iHome alarm clocks, upgraded tv in living, Amazon Echo with Spotify music, keyed lanai, vitamix blender, bathroom dryer rack, bathroom stools, and many other owner supplied goodies for your use such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, a pack n play with a 3" thick mattress, bed bumpers, strap on booster seat, etc.
The family friendly Ground Floor units include many bonuses not offered on any of the floors above. Extra tall 11' ceilings, oversized lanai's, and very quick and easy access in and out (from the Lanai or condo door) ... no elevators needed. The lanai opens up to the a lush garden area, pathways down to the pools, and views of the resort and ocean.
With a king Bed with luxurious linens in both the master and second bedroom and a Queen plus comfort sofa sleeper in living, the condo is a perfectly comfortable fit for up to 6 adults. Known Construction / Maintenance Disclaimer: Luana Known Construction / Maintenance Disclaimer: Luana Development Parters LP is building 72 townhouses in the area. The work is in the empty grass field on the east side of Honua Kai (non-ocean side) beyond the path that circles the bowl between the two towers. These are 2 story homes. A fence was constructed to limit dust and views of the work. Allowed work time is from 9am – 5pm M-Sat with light work expected between 8-9 AM and 5-6 PM. This unit, Konea 103, does not face the construction but rather faces the interior courtyard of the Konea tower and the ocean. It is considered an un-impacted unit.
