About this property

Sea Winds 505...GORGEOUS!...On the Beach...Totally Renovated!

Gorgeous fifth floor 2 bed/2 bath beachfront unit---recent complete renovation. Enjoy the spectacular beach view overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are amazing!

We rent weekly from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. We kindly request a four guest limit.

Complimentary WiFi internet.

This unit comfortably accommodates four people. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King size bed; Guest Bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms/showers.

The condo unit is well stocked. The beach closet includes beach chairs, umbrellas, canopy, small cooler, beach wagon, and miscellaneous beach toys.

We are generally on the island. We have an on-island property manager to address any immediate condo issues, We want you to enjoy your stay on Marco Island to the fullest.

We have owned this condo for 15 years and finally took the time to give it a proper renovation from the insides of the studs to the ceilings and floors. Brand New, Total Renovation! The south end of Marco Island has a lovely beach. Next door is the Sunset Grille restaurant in the basement of the Apollo condo building, for a quick bite or drink while watching your favorite sports team.
