Sea Winds 505...GORGEOUS!...On the Beach...Totally Renovated!

Gorgeous fifth floor 2 bed/2 bath beachfront unit---recent complete renovation. Enjoy the spectacular beach view overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are amazing!

We rent weekly from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. We kindly request a four guest limit.

Complimentary WiFi internet.

This unit comfortably accommodates four people. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King size bed; Guest Bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms/showers.

The condo unit is well stocked. The beach closet includes beach chairs, umbrellas, canopy, small cooler, beach wagon, and miscellaneous beach toys.

We are generally on the island. We have an on-island property manager to address any immediate condo issues, We want you to enjoy your stay on Marco Island to the fullest.

Peaceful Stay

This was our second visit to Sea Winds 505, and we cannot wait to return for another stay! We love this beautiful condo for its amazing view, furnishings, cleanliness, and location. The hosts are extremely attentive and helpful. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, manatees, burrowing owls, and sea turtle nests nearby.

Absolutely beautiful!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 35th anniversary. The condo was beautiful and very well appointed. The owner checked in to see if everything was ok and if there was anything we needed, but there really was nothing more we could’ve asked for. The views were incredible. We couldn’t have asked for more relaxing vacation. We did not want to leave.

A piece of paradize

My husband and I stayed for a week. Owners gave us some tips of the island. They were very helpful. We had access to beach chairs and 2 umbrellas which were VERY helpful. Lanai had comfortable furniture and was lovely. I plan on going back!

Relaxing in Marco Island

Thanks to the owners for sending, prior to our arrival, a very thorough summary of what to expect in staying at their condo. Once we arrived we found it to be beautifully decorated and had all of the essentials that a family would need. Much thought obviously went into making sure we would be comfortable for a week’s stay. The restaurant recommendations were so appreciated. The ocean and pool temperatures were truly like bath water. We would definitely think about another week’s stay next year.

Excellent Condo

We were super happy with our stay! The condo provided everything we needed and had a big balcony with great views of the ocean and sunset. The condo was very clean and updated. It was decorated beautifully. What really ended up being so great was the beach closet by the elevators. It was so nice to drop everything there so we didn’t need to get the room dirty with sand. The wagon and umbrella, along with the chairs were a game changer for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
