Gulf Highlands is a large gated community with a private club house located on the beautiful white beach has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 4 heated, shuffle board, SECURITY,
18 hole mini golf (free), exercise room, shuffle board, tennis courts.

This property was very clean and beautifully remodeled. We were able to check in early and the property owner was very sweet. We were close to the pool and the location was great. The beach was a 5 minute walk. We will definitely vacation here again.

The place was very nice. Very close to the beach, i guess about 3 blocks but mostly just through the parking lots. We had a great time and putt putt everyday was fun. I would stay again no question. It had all you would need and more, very close to stores, bars, several places to eat, nice location.

We really enjoyed this property. Only issue we had was the master bed. It was the loudest bed I have ever slept in. This was not a deal breaker to stay here but it definitely needs to be replaced.

Overall good stay. Walking distance to the beach. Everything as pictured. If you are a light sleeper, the master room air conditioner is very noisy. We did have some issues with the TV not turning on our last night. It may have been the batteries being low.

Great stay and excellent communication from the property owner!!!

The property owner was absolutely amazing with his response time and attentiveness. We arrived after 12 a.m. and our gps sent us to the incorrect entrance. I hesitantly called Mr. Chmela and he answered on the first ring and guided me in ever so patiently. During the stay I contacted him a couple of times just to advise how things were going and he was always very responsive. He also provides his personal contact information so if you’re in a jam you don’t have to communicate through the app and wait for a response. His property was in a prime location near the beach and restaurants. It’s a gated community and we felt safe during our stay. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend this home.

Great resort close to the beach

The townhouse was very clean and just as advertised in the pics. The pool and putt putt were right outside the back door. The beach was about a 10 minute walk. This was a really great rental for the price.

We had a wonderful time on our fall break. The beach was a 5-8 minute walk depending on the route you take. The owner had everything you need if you want to make a quick breakfast or fix some dinner. We will definitely return in the future.

Clean, quiet, updated condo short walk to beach

The condo was perfect! Very clean and updated perfect for our family of 5. Check in was very easy. The back patio opens up to a mini golf course and is a few steps from the pool. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes and there are restaurants and bars near the beach. Convenient location, quiet and family friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Very Beautiful Townhome

We enjoyed our stay here! The property is so beautiful and clean, Our patio had nice seating area with a view of the pool, palm trees, golf course, And pond! So many stores and activities near, We also had access to the beach from the resort which was only a 5 min walk! Really enjoyed my stay here highly recommend!

We loved this town home. It was clean and spacious for our a little family. The walk to the beach was only few minutes. And there is a pool right outside of the back yard as well as putt putt, our kids loved it. They also have the resort beach house with a pool right by the beach and they sell really good drinks and food. The only thing we had issues with was the tv - we couldn’t figure out how to connect to Netflix. And the mattress in the master was a bit firm for me, I didn’t sleep very comfortably and it was kinda squeaky . My husband, on the other hand, thought that it was super comfy lol. Overall we had an amazing stay! Highly recommend 😊

I LOVE IT HERE, I HAVE BEEN EVERY WHERE ON OUR BEACH AND I BELIEVE THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION. YOU CAN WALK TO THE BEACH AND SPEND THE DAY BY OUR BEACH HOUSE WITH A POOL OR PLAY MINI GOLF, PLAY TENNIS, SHUFFLEBOARD AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU. WE HAVE A LOT OF AMENTIES AND NO OTHER RESORT ON THE BEACH CAN COMPETE WITH US AND THEY ARE FREE TO USE. NO ELEVATORS TO WAIT ON BECAUSE WE ARE TWO STORY TOWNHOUSES AND PARKING IS RIGHT AT YOUR FRONT DOOR NOT IN A LOT OR GARAGE ACROSS THE STREET.
