Belle 1bd Dans les montagnes à la périphérie de Albuquerque

Littéralement dans les montagnes sur le bord de Albuquerque, ce confortable entièrement meublé 1 chambre à coucher est un appartement attenant avec son propre garage privé et d'un patio. Sentiers de randonnée de montagne Sandia commencent à droite par la porte arrière, tout en étant à 20 minutes du centre-ville d'Albuquerque. Nos voisins les plus proches sont à 500 pieds de distance et tout autour de nous sont de superbes vues de la ville et des vues incroyables sur les montagnes. Si vous aimez être dans le désert, ce est l'endroit le plus isolé, vous trouverez sur le côté ouest de la montagne. Et pour nos invités d'été, échapper à la chaleur dans l'altitude plus élevée. S'il vous plaît noter: Pour nos clients d'hiver, du 15 Décembre au 28 Février, j'ai besoin de 4 roues ou tous les véhicules à quatre roues motrices à être un invité. Des exceptions seront faites par temps plus chaud en hiver.

    Quiet comfort in Sandia foothills

    Enjoyed our stay and getting to know the (northern) Sandia mountains. Our favorite hiking trail was La Luz 137.

    Casa Canoncito Great Place to Stay

    We loved our stay at Casa Canoncito! Bryan was an excellent host and communicator! We also loved Indigo & Pickles! Two dogs who introduced themselves to us during our stay.

    The location is wonderful. Beautiful views and very quiet. It was very clean. There are hiking trails close by. The trails are easy to hike. The Host is very friendly. We had fun relaxing on the back patio watching the hummingbirds. Our dog loved the walks we took him on.

    If you’re looking for a quiet off grid stay, this is it. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed being away from the sounds of the city.

    Great place would stay again!

    Everything about this place was great. Owners were available if we needed them (we didn’t) great knowing in case. Our dog had a great place to stay in the yard! We would definitely stay again when we are in the Albuquerque area! Thanks for having a vacancy on our short notice.

    Quiet peacefulness

    This was a very clean, comfortable place to stay. The hosts have done a good job with their description and with providing a nice place. If we chose, everything was there to cook with. I think this place would be very appealing to people who want to hike and enjoy the nature of the area.

    This was a quiet place to stay. Hiking right out the door. Road definitely needs 4wd. Make sure to use the Sandia Spa that is nearby.

    This place is nice and clean. Very good with pets. As with other reviews the only downside is the road to get here. We were in our Kia Telluride AWD and had no problem. Would recommend this place.

    This place was gorgeous! The pictures online did no justice. I definitely will be booking another stay at this place again. Long drive to this place but it is well worth the drive! Thank you to the ppl who keep this place! Great job!

    Pros: Beautiful location, friendly and available host, affordable, perfect for hikers, clean, kitchen seemed well appointed.Cons: owners are above and you can hear their amorous “noise,” not easy to just run to the store if you need anything, issues with bugs, leaking wall.The other reviewers were not joking when they said the road up serious.

    Spectacular Stay

    This was an awesome find! Hubby, doggy & I enjoyed our 2 night stay in Casa Canoncito. The apartment had everything we needed to relax after a full day of exploring. We took advantage of our own private yard that’s fully fenced. The views on the road to the house are amazing. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Great value! Would recommend to family & friends and book again if we return to Albuquerque.

    Wonderful stay!

    The apartment was very clean and well furnished with all the amenities you could need. It is very quiet and you have complete privacy. It was a pleasant surprise to have a garage for our car with a private entrance from the garage. We would recommend that you have a high clearance SUV because the drive down the dirt road is a bit challenging at times. But when you walk into the apartment, you’ll know it was worth the challenge. We are very thankful Bryan and Olivia shared their piece of paradise with us!

    Indigo and Pickles fan club

    We stayed in June. I was a little worried it would be hot with no AC but the ceiling fans and placement on the mountain make all the difference. We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated all the attention to detail like liquid soap in the bathroom, paper towels, dishwasher packs and laundry pods, trash bags. We have stayed at other places and they don't provide anything which is difficult when you fly instead of drive to your destination. The best unofficial perk of this stay is the welcome committee. Indigo and Pickles (dogs). They are friendly and love kids which was nice for us. They stay upstairs officially but if you are lucky they will greet you from time to time.

    Awesome location and views

    The property is in an incredibly beautiful location and the views are wonderful! The property is very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. We really enjoyed seeing the petroglyphs and also hiking the Volcano trails. We had a wonderful hiked right at the property in the Sandia Mountain range and saw an old mine shaft.

    Perfect spot for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts

    Views are unbeatable! Beautiful patio views to the mountains and sunset/city views out the front. Basement apartment with private patio and garage, good kitchen facilities. Laundry. Trailheads all around. Responsive hosts. BUT: best for 2 ppl as the pull-out couch is just not bearable even for a kid - my 13yo slept on the floor instead. ALSO: 4wd really is necessary as thr dirt road section is short but the worst ruts I've EVER seen - not for the faint of heart or the bald of tire.

    Wonderful

    Came from Ohio for a long Easter weekend. This was the perfect spot for our getaway. Very cozy, comfortable, and quiet place in the mountains. Just what we were looking for. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day.

    Great place!

    The place is just as advertised. Great place to stay, dirt road getting to it, in the mountains... loved it! Very short drive or walk to two wonderful trails. Very comfy bed, full kitchen, private patio. Really nice to have the patio. Loved seeing the mountains right outside. We enjoyed hiking and snowshoeing in the area. Highly recommend!

    You would never realize that you can be so far out in the mountain rugged terrain yet close to Albuquerque fantastic over the top place to stay!

    Thanksgiving trip

    Such a beautiful area. We were hit with a snow storm during our stay and loved every minute of it. Property was perfect for our family of 4 and our son had no issues maneuvering around in his wheelchair. Management was very informative and made sure we had everything needed. Definitely would stay here again.

    My wife Olivia and I, plus our sons Bodhi and Arlo are happy to be hosts to people from around the world. I am currently a general contractor and my wife is a sign language interpreter. I grew up near Chicago and moved to Albuquerque in 2003 where I performed in a theater group for 12 years until recently starting my contracting business. Olivia moved to Albuquerque in 2003 as well and after attending UNM began here career as an interpreter. We met at a coffee shop where we were both working and were married 7 years later.
