About Randy Betz
My Grandmothers family came here when she was about four years old in 1907. Mom and Dad bought this land in 1954. My family and I want to keep the house and property as a place we can enjoy and to help remember our heritage. I have been working on repairing and remodeling for about a year and don't want to see it vacant. We hope that other people will be able to enjoy it as much as we do.
Randy Betz purchased this House in 1954
Why Randy Betz chose Peshastin
North Central Washington is a hard place to beat. We have a mild climate with four distinct seasons, almost unlimited outdoor activities and a variety of cultural and social functions. Our Blewett Pass location offers a rural setting yet is close to Leavenworth and Wenatchee.
What makes this House unique
I hope that you will enjoy the hot tub and plant room, the fire place in the family room and the timber framed library and reading rooms filled with books but i encourage everyone to get outdoors. The flowers and birds are wonderful in the Spring, the creek is very pleasant in the Summer, every day is different in the Fall and each one brings its own reward, but fresh snow in Winter is the best.

The house was very clean and is nestled in a private location. We had a great stay.
Absolutely LOVED our time here!! House was BIG and nice, had everything we needed. Loved the location!! Close to town, but completely secluded and private. Loved walking the trails and just hanging outside with our dog. (He loved it too!!)
Randy, the owner, met us on arrival and walked us through the house giving us all the info we needed. Very friendly and helpful, an excellent host! Thanks Randy!!
If your looking for privacy and to be surrounded by nature, but still be close to civilization, this place is perfect.
We will definitely be back!!
Wonderful wintery getaway
There was more than enough room for our two families (4 adults, 4 children under 6, and dog). The location was great, just a short 15 minutes into Leavenworth. We enjoyed sledding down the hill from the barn, snowshoeing through knee-deep powder on the trails around the house, and playing games by the crackling fireplace. The only downside was the hot tub was not working, but the kids still had a great time splashing around!
We try to keep up with repairs around the house but from time to time things go wrong. If I am aware that there is a problem I will do what I can to fix it. I won't be able to fix everything right away but sometimes it is as easy as resetting a circuit breaker.
Thanks Randy for a great stay. We went to Timbrr in Leavenworth, and the location was perfect. The 6 of us were really comfortable and relaxed. We had a fun time snowshoeing around the property, it was beautiful.
Lovely and comfortable, spacious home.
It is difficult to find, you turn at mile post 182 at the bridge that is right there. Do not try to GPS it! It will not take you to the right place. Then follow the road past the lumbar mill on the left, across the second bridge, and then you will come to the house.
Randy is a lovely host and it was a joy to share his mother's home. There was a lot for everyone to do.
I highly recommend this house and will stay again.
Very short drive to Leavenworth.
I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.
Randy met us when we arrived and walked us through the house. We had 7 and had so much room! Warm and welcoming we felt at home right away. The hot tub was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen made Christmas dinner so special as we watch the snow through the windows. I highly recommend this property not far from Leavenworth. We created memories for a lifetime. My grandchildren will never forget. We will be back for sure.
