• Take advantage of this remarkable location— just a short 5 minute stroll to the downtown, restaurants, wine tasting, riverside walks, hiking, Leavenworth Alpine Coaster, and other local attractions. No need to pay for parking... you're that close!

• This charming home is truly designed for living in the mountains. On the main floor, the master bedroom/bath features a queen bed, Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet. The main floor also includes a fireplace, powder room, and nice-sized laundry room with washer/dryer, perfect for hanging/storing winter gear and drying out your ski clothes at the end of the day. The upper level includes a cozy loft, perfect for curling up with a good book, 2 queen bedrooms and full bathroom.

• A fully-equipped kitchen with pantry basics, spices, and a large dining table make in-home meals convenient, and many of the restaurants deliver. (Rudloof's Pizza, LaJavelina and Kristall's are just steps away from the house, but if adventuring downtown, be sure to check out Stein, Colchuck's, Sulla Vita, Larch, and Icicle Brewing Company)

PLEASE NOTE, our permit with Leavenworth to rent this home allows a maximum of:
6 (six) people (excluding children under the age of 6). Failure to comply could result in a fine issued by the City which will be charged to the booking guest and a request for extra guests to vacate in order to ensure compliance with the City code.

If I could give this place 6 stars instead of 5 I would! This was a fantastic stay. The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the place was very comfortable and stylish. The host was very helpful with any questions we had and was extremely welcoming and kind. My friends and I had a wonderful time and absolutely would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Rental for our family! The host is particularly wonderful leaving nice treats for us to enjoy on our stay. The home is impeccably clean with a beautiful view of the river and a nice balcony to enjoy the lovely scenery. The location is perfect with an easy walk to town and many restaurants and shops nearby. The furnishings are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. Would highly recommend as one of the best Vrbo’s we’ve stayed in.

This is a beautiful home over looking the Wenatchee River. Spotlessly clean. All essentials provided for a chalet ambiance, huge river facing windows, high ceiling, propane stove, full kitchen and utensils. Host is beyond informative, kind and helpful. The back deck overlooks a small wooded space with deers in abundance at sunrise and sunset. Just a heavenly slice of paradise. Everything is truly within walking distance, with plenty of great food & shopping.

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous location. We were with our adult sons and their partners and we were all truly happy there. The walk to the heart of town was easy and it was great to leave our car there. Plenty of room for 32 cars plus a full size pickup. I have never stayed at a VRBO this immaculately clean! Thank you

This home was meticulously clean, comfortable and beautiful inside and out. We very much appreciated the attention to detail with extra amenities provided, including a wonderful welcome basket and bathroom toiletries. We absolutely loved this place, with its peaceful setting, overlooking the river. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay and Terry is an amazing host! I can see why she has a perfect 10 rating and it is well deserved. The house was exactly as described and the location was truly a 5 minute walk. Everything was extremely organized and thoughtfully planned out. Terry was so welcoming and made sure to let us know she would be available anytime if we needed anything. We would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful place in Leavenworth. We loved the location , the private deck overlooking the river and the ease of walking into Leavenworth. The home was well equipped and made it easy for us and our kids and our grandkids to enjoy .

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful home with pretty views. It’s a short walk into town very easy walk. Our host even had a welcome basket waiting for us. We’d stay again the next time we make this trip if it’s available.

This was a wonderful property for our Mother’s Day weekend. The house was equipped and arranged perfectly for our needs, especially because the master bedroom was on the main floor. The bedrooms are generously sized and beds are all very comfortable. Furnishings, linens and appliances were nice and well maintained. Terry was outstanding as a host. Excellent communication and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The location is fantastic, an easy 5 minute walk to downtown and decent view of the river. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.
