Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay and the property were excellent and I would recommend it to anyone. The one area of improvement is small but important to coffee drinkers. The coffee maker doesn’t work!! This is an issue.

Really enjoyed the large L couch and patio overlooking 30A. Although not included, many previous guests left beach chairs.

Location is amazing

This place is amazing and spacious for a family of four! We had a great time ProsEasy walk to the beach. Cannot beat this location. 2 blocks from watercolor inn and pools and beach Nearby trolley to get around to all the different pools in watercolor Good condition of bikes- comes with 2 adult bikesPlaces was very clean management very responsive A lot of towels , sheets etc Adequate parking. Comes with 2 spaces Kept in good condition. Quiet and spacious ConsWater gets cold for showers quickly. Have to spread out showers to avoid cold water Washer and dryer small so have to do multiple loads Construction going outside and workers used parking space which took up most of the spots and hard to get in/out of parking spot Overall great stay and we will be back. 5 stars!

This was a perfect unit for our fall break visit to Watercolor. The unit has everything you need and more - so nice to have the basics stocked for laundry and kitchen cleaning. The location was perfect - walkable to all the Watercolor shops and restaurants, the Beach Club, beach access, and also a quick walk to Seaside.

Loved the location, it was walkable to the beach and all amenities. Included golf cart and bikes were a huge plus for exploring. Our family of 9 fit comfortably and will be returning
